The apartment was a disappointment, mostly because of value for money. If it had been priced at half its rate, then it would have been fine.
But for the price charged, it was just short of a rip-off: small second bedroom, poor air circulation because the apartment was located on the ground floor (down some steps in fact). Almost no space to get out onto the sidewalk, shoddy refrigerator needing a replacement, worn down bathroom cabinets.
For 100 euros/night, it would have been fine. But for the 250 euros we paid, it was outrageous.
The following night we stayed in Brindisi and had almost the same space for 85 euros/night.

Host needs to change their dynamic pricing model. Exploiting tourists has its limits.
