About this cottage rental
Situated in El Hierro, this lovely cottage for $48 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The house is located in the gulf valley, surrounded by mountains behind it and facing the sea overlooking the roque de salmor. In 2000, iron was declared by UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. The house was remodeled in 2009 where formerly my grandfather Pablo's block was, hence his name, transforming it into a cozy country house with a lot of charm. It consists of a spacious room with double bed, bathroom, full kitchen, terrace, solarium with sun loungers and table overlooking the sea, orchard with fruit trees and a barbecue with camping table. The house has a fridge, microwave, toaster, washing machine, heater, 2 tv, heating, fan, coffee makers, ceramic hob, complete utensils.

La casuca es super acogedora, con la decoración y las plantas del exterior, y estaba todo muy limpio. La zona es muy tranquila, era una maravilla el silencio, sobre todo por la noche. El trato de 10, encantadora, muchas gracias por todo. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Schönes, etwas eigenwilliges (im positiven Sinn) Haus. Alles da was man braucht. Der Parkplatz ist etwas klein, mit einem SUV würde ich es nicht wagen, aber sonst, kein Problem. Schöne kleine Dachterrasse, Auflagen dafür wären noch super, aber das is ein Luxusproblem. Drin ist es etwas dunkel, aber ich reise ja nicht auf die kanaren, um die ganze zeit in der Bude zu hocken. Das einzige, was mich störte, war der Duft des verwendeten Weichspülers. Das ist natürlich sehr subjektiv. Es roch, als hätte man einen Kanister Febréze ausgekippt, der Duft hing im ganzen Haus. Hat mich sehr getriggert. Wer auch immer diesen Duft kreiert hat, gehört geteert und gefedert. Weichspüler ist eh das sinnloseste Zeug, das es gibt. Wie gesagt, sehr subjektiv. Insgesamt habe ich den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerne wieder!

Hemos pasado unos dias magníficos en esta casa. No le falta ningún detalle ni electrodoméstico que puedas necesitar, la cama muy cómoda, bonito porche para comer fuera y terraza con vistas espectaculares. Mucha tranquilidad. Está situada en el centro de la isla y es perfecta para desplazarte a cualquier punto. Recomendabel 100%

Estancia perfecta
Es perfecto para dos personas, acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para estar comodo. Bien ubicado , en medio de la isla, cerca de excursiones como el camino de Jinama y cerca de piscinas naturales como el Charco Azul, la Maceta, las Puntas. Totalmente recomendable!

Creo que encontramos el mejor tenía todo y más de lo necesario. Rodeado de naturaleza silencio que solo se rompía con los pájaros o algún gatito y muy céntrico para movernos a cualquier lugar de la isla. Totalmente recomendado

Ferienhaus unter Einheimischen
Die Unterkunft ist einfach gehalten, aber sauber und die Küche - großer Kühlschrank - ist gut ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse bietet viele Sonnenstunden und einen guten Rundumblick. Bei Ankunft steckte der Schlüssel in der Haustüre, bei Abreise ließen wir ihn einfach stecken. Die Dusche ist etwas beengt, aber ausreichend.
El Hierro bietet viel mehr - z.B. Wanderungen mit Flora und Landschaft - als im Vorfeld vermutet. Die Wanderwege sind sehr gut erschlossen.

uriges Quartier am Ende der alten Welt
Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt im Cuadra de Pablo sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Sogar etwas mehr! Da wir tagsüber eigentlich immer unterwegs waren, konnten wir die Dachterrasse leider wenig nutzen: die Sonne kam erst gegen 10 Uhr über die Berge und verschwand bereits vor 18 Uhr wieder. Tigaday ist ein hervorragender Ausgangsort für Inselerkundungen. Bevorzugt mit eigenem Auto, aber die Busverbindungen sind auch zuverlässig.

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos, la ubacion es perfecta, la casa rustica muy coqueta y bien equipada. La propietaria Loli super amable.

Kurzreise wegen der Coronapandemie
Das kleine Objekt ist so, wie beschrieben. Kommt man spät am Abend an, ist es trotz Navi schwer zu finden, weil Straßennamen fehlen. Außerdem ist der vorhandene Parkraum nur für sehr kleine Fahrzeuge geeignet. Leider konnten wir im März die schöne Dachterrasse nicht nutzen, weil es noch zu kalt war. Der Essplatz im "Weinberg" ist sehr schön. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die örtliche Betreuung hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen.

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Leider hat die Küche kein richtiges Fenster, wodurch man oft im Dunklen hantiert. Wenn es also draussen nicht warm genug ist, muss man bei künstlichem Licht agieren.

we spent a wonderful week on El Hierro. The house is perfect for 2 people and has everything you need for a week's holiday. It has character but has been redecorated to a very good & clean standard. Even though we visited in March we made good use of the outdoor sitting areas (front, side and little roof terrace) and the views. It's quiet whilst being near the town centre of Tigaday, with easy access to local shops.

Lovelyl cottage with lovely outdoor spaces
Traditional style Canarian cottage with a large attractive bedroom. The parking space is very narrow so a small car is helpful. The location is very good, Tigaday is a good base with a choice of supermarkets and restaurants

No contact with the owner, who lives on Tenerifa and only talks spanish.
The front looks very nice, but the whole house has no windows, only glasstones in different colors which gives the house a bad taste. You can only park with a small car in front of the house, and even that is very difficult.
