Check in was super easy and reception team were amazing. Big shout out to Wassay in reception who was exceptional this man honestly was God sent. He was really welcoming, polite, funny, honest and genuinely an amazing human being who took the time to make sure we felt comfortable. Wassay is a top man and spoke great English, helped with the parking as we drove down from London on the hottest day of the year, helped sort out a mechanic to fix our car problem, advised us on the best places to get groceries and supplies in the area. He also helped with providing first aid assistance to a cut on my hand silly me. This man does everything wow thank you Wassay. The hotel facilities were also exceptional, clean rooms, comfy beds, great reliable wifi, easy parking and 24 hours staff to help with any issues. The property location is great as it was 5 minutes walking distance to a Westfield mall so you have access to all the shops and over 40 restaurants near by. I will definitely be coming back when next in France :)

Convenient location closed by offices and the mall.
Housekeeping is carried out only on weekly basis because the room equipped with a sink/fridge/microwave is considered as a "studio".
Breakfast is the simplest possible.
