The apartment is superbly located on the Promenade des Anglais, with a wonderful view of the beach and sea. It was surprisingly un-noisy in the sitting room given the busy road just outside, thanks to the double glazing. The bedrooms which were towards the back were not affected by noise at all, and gave us peaceful nights' sleep. The main sitting/dining room is very light with high ceilings, which gives it a nice sense of airiness and space. It is a very pleasant room to be in when not out exploring the city. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was spotlessly clean on arrival. The old town and main centre were a 20 minute walk away, but with the sea to look at all the way, and all the activity on the Promenade, the walk was always a pleasure. Usefully, there is a good-sized Carrefour-Marché very close by on Boulevard Gambetta, stocking all the groceries you might want or need. Communication with the agent and the representative who oversaw check-in and check-out was straightforward and friendly. They were on hand to answer any questions we had, and were very accommodating. We would certainly recommend this apartment to other guests.
Everything was pretty much perfect. There was a lot of information about check-in and the apartment rules which came via WhatsApp, which could probably have been condensed down somewhat, as at first glance it made everything seem more complicated/involved than it actually was. But this is a minor observation, and probably better to be given too much information than too little!

1. Dažādi sadzīviski sīkumi, piemēram, nestrādāja viens tualetes pods, daudzi interjēra elementi veci un nolietoti, bet ar dažāda veida metodēm tas ir noslēpts.
2. Arī pieprasītais depozīts 500 EUR šajā gadījumā noteikti ir pārāk liels. Piedevām, tas jāpārskaita privātpersonai, kas ļoti mulsināja.

The location was great and it was wonderful to have two separate rooms and living space vs a hotel room.
