Luxuriously large living room with tiled stove and sloping wooden ceiling, bedroom with ZIRBEN double bed and connected bathroom with walk-in shower with underfloor heating, smaller room with 2 single beds, which can also be converted into 3 beds (80 x 200 cm, next to each other), extra Toilet. Fully equipped new kitchen, satellite TV, radio, 3. Bedroom with box spring double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating, living room with fully equipped kitchen corner, flat-screen TV, radio / DVD. Extra bedroom with double bed in the basement of the house with private bathroom with shower / toilet. Large garden, patio furniture, free WiFi if available, bed linen, towels and table linen available and included. Child-friendly with high chair, crib, childproof sockets and good facilities! High season Saturday-Saturday

Right next to the cross-country ski run, 1.5 km from the ski lift in Reith bei Kitzbühel with an excellent children's ski school, 100 m from the bus stop, 5 km from the Fleckalm, where you can access the Hahnenkamm ski area Kitzbühel / Pass Thurn Fleckalm with free parking. The landlord's office is in the house, as well as a private flat at the first floor, but you will have your seperate entry door.

Wundervolles, voll ausgestattetes , gemütliches Ferienhaus. Perfekt für unsere zwei Familien mit 10 Personen. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Skiwoche und kommen gerne wieder
