Near to the main attraction places.
Maybe for me is just my room, the aircond and tv need to be fixed.

The location was great.Easy access to the mall and food. The staff was really warm and helpful. Uwais checked me in and there's another lady helped me to during my room card extensions and checked out ( I forgot her name) maybe Mierah :) The staffs in breakfast also polite. As I opted to stay in my room during the trip to do my work, I requested more teas from the Housekeeping guy, he was very polite and checking if I need my room to be turn down. Thank you all.
The bath towel is stained. I usually not picky, however, the stained was obvious. I saw a blood /chocolate stains on my duvet too.The breakfast - the juices was sweet, better lessen the sugar or add a bit of ice. I can see the finger prints all over inside the lifts. I like the concept of mirrors around, but, could be better if assigning staff to sanitise and clean the lifts.

Staff was very helpful and nice . Location was good. Room are quiet good
Breakfast is not good ever . Need to improve many things . Bathroom need improvement the water always on the floor . Fridge is not cooling well .

The reception kept on calling to remind me on the check out time at least twice when it was agreed that I would be able to check out later. Annoying!
