Great views and seating out the front right on the beach, rooms were a good size with a mini fridge and good size bathroom, can swim right in front of the room or a short 50 meter walk to seperate snorkling area Location is awesome with many resturants and bars within walking distance which is great (as there is no resturant\bar on site) great rooftop bar\resturant right behind the accomodation, staff will help with all that is required where possable, first time in Amed and we loved it, soooo good :)
The Bed was hard, mini bar not stacked, no hot water while we were there but this was not a big issue and maybe we were doing smething wrong.

Unreal location, sleep to the sound of the waves, open up the doors and your on the beach, owner super helpful and sorted a bike rental for me whilst staying.
Wish there was a desk and chair to work from my laptop, but if you’re not planning on working, no problemo. Also a little confusing as there is no front of house/reception, just head straight to the beach and theyl be waiting there for you to check in.

Such a beautiful property. Booked two rooms for me and my friends. Very good location. Spacious rooms Waking up to the view of the sea is my favourite thing in the world. The sun-beds are also nice. The owner is very attentive. I love supporting local businesses as someone who is a balinese. Bed and linen are comfy. I also love the bamboo shower in room 2. Hot water works very well for me. The owner also rent out snorkels if you want to go snorkelling. Oh! There’s a hair dryer! I will definitely stay here next time as well. There’s fridge too. AC Works well for me.
There is no designated parking spot even for motorbikes. So… you gotta be street smart. Kettles need to be replaced as they are a bit rusty. Ants biting you when you’re on the sunbed. The rest are fine to me 👍🏻
