The location was good just 15 minutes from Paddington station but that is the only good thing about it.
We had two rooms neither of which were clean. There were layers of dust everywhere and it was clear the rooms hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for some time. The toilets were also disgusting and we had to wipe these down before we felt comfortable using them. One of the shower trays was blocked so the water didn't run away. Also the wooden banister going up the stairs was hanging off. A health and safety issue going on right
there!! We were let down badly by booking.com cancelling our original booking the night before so we had to book somewhere quickly. All around a shoddy experience.
