The accommodation was clean and ready upon arrival.
Great facilities, swimming pool, and the entertainment area.
The website shows a different picture from the actual place.
We had an issue when we requested a cancelation, the female manager was not accommodating, she continued to interject even when I brought it to her attention that I understand what she explained about the policy. It was disappointing and I informed her that I will be transparent about this.
