Memorable stay at a lovely central apartment with excellent hosts.

The location is perfect and central. Apartment is very clean with all amenities.Supermarket a few minutes away. The hosts were both excellent. Menchu was very helpful with a smooth check-in and check-out and also with recommendations for Jerez. Paco was always available with helpful suggestions at anytime. Both of them made our stay very comfortable.

Our room apartment overlooked the main road, so doors had to be shut to keep the noise out. Not a big problem,but might affect if you are a light sleeper and it is peak summer. No aircon in the bedroom, not that we needed it in October.

Great apartment and great value

Superb location in Jerez - very central and also only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport (€15). It's a small city, so the bodegas, tabancos, restaurants, cathedral, Alcazar etc are all less than a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed and a coffee machine and kettle as a bonus! Having a dishwasher was very helpful. We used the sofa bed (there were 3 of us) which was very comfortable and the sun terrace on the roof is fantastic. The supermarket is only across the road, so we took some beers and sherry up to the terrace too. Carlos was a very helpful host both before we arrived and during our trip. We were able to check-in pretty early as we had an early flight.

Only one downside: the bedroom is not air conditioned - just the living room. We visited in early July so this wasn't a huge problem (although the bedroom got pretty hot) but may be more of an issue in August. We more or less solved the issue by leaving the bedroom door open when the A/C was on.
