On the ground floor a large living area, complete with fireplace, 32 "TV and a large dining table; the adjacent kitchen is modern and equipped, complete with all commonly used appliances. The Villa has three bedrooms: RED, PURPLE, ORANGE; each has a bathroom for exclusive use and a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. Outside the Villa, a large porch with a dining table and a barbecue. - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° - ° INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE STAY, an umbrella + two sun loungers at the nearby Bagno n. 6 Federico. Sehr nette Vermieter, großzügiges Ferienhaus. Ausstattung recht gut, aber ein gemütliches Sofa fehlte im Wohnzimmer. Leider auch viele Mücken in der Gegend.

Gute Kommunikation, sehr netter Empfang, großer Garten, die Zimmer waren Sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, schöner Strandliegeplatz. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen, einfach super.

Gute Kommunikation schon während der Anfahrt, sehr nette Begrüßung, alles super sauber und zweckmäßig,tolle Zimmer und schöner Garten, sehr ruhige Wohngegend, nicht weit zum Strand und zu den Geschäften, schöner Strandplatz(2.Reihe). Sehr empfehlenswert.

Azzurra and her mother Rosanna helped us to have a pleasant stay. They were really nice and flexible. The house and the garden were beautiful. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but the beach and a huge supermarket, a pizza bistro and Cafés are also easy to reach. We had a great stay!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit gutem Ambiente. Überaus freundliche Vermieterin. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr grosser Garten mit viel Platz. Leider kein Pool. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Dort an der Parallelstrasse viele Restaurants, kleine Geschäfte, alles was es braucht. Der Strand/Meer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es kein offenes Meer hat sondern durch die Wellenbrecher stark begrenzt. Das Wasser ist bis zu den Wellenbrechern immer höchstens bis ca. 1.40 Meter. Zwar ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern aber das merkt man auch an der Wasserqualität.

The holiday home is perfectly situated in a quiet side street. The way to the beach is very short and easy to reach. A small passage with very good ice supply is quickly available in the village. The house is perfect for small children, as a huge fenced garden surrounds the holiday house. In the house there is nothing missing, everything is available and well equipped. We liked it a lot and a heartfelt thanks to Azzurra and Rosanna for your hospitality. We will be back definitely...

Mooie huis in een mooie omgeving!

Dit mooie en ruime huis staat ook nog eens in een mooie omgeving. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. 3 ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Een hele mooie grote tuin voor en achter. Binnen een grote tafel en banken en buiten ook heerlijke zitmogelijkheden. Met een auto ben je zo bij een groot shopping center of kun je de mooie omgeving verkennen. Lopend ben je zo bij het centrum van het dorp of bij de zee. En om het hoekje zit een heerlijke pizzaria ("del bosco" alleen afhaal) maar zo lekker en zo vriendelijke mensen. Dankjewel Rosanna en Azzurra dat we in jullie mooie huis mochten verblijven!

Siamo un gruppo di amici di Parma che ha deciso di trascorrere il Capodanno in Romagna: non immaginavamo di trovarci a godere una casa così di gusto, curata, pratica ed elegante .Non manca assolutamente nulla e ce la siamo goduta in ogni momento. Il tempo ci è pure stato favorevole e tornare la sera al tepore del fuoco del camino era una meraviglia! Senza tacere la simpatia della Signora Rosanna che ci ha offerto tutto il calore dei romagnoli. Abbiamo acquistato a prezzi irrisori ottimo pesce per il nostro cenone. Ci ha incantato il Porto-canale di Cesenatico con il suo presepe sulle barche. Ottima scelta per godere il mare anche d'inverno Grazie a nome di tutta la compagnia Angela Fornari

We had an amazing week in the beautiful and luxuary Villa Brown A few minutes walking to the sea with great sand, own sunchairs close to the (calm) sea. It was a great week in fatastic Italy. Trips to San Marino and Rimini arena easy to made. Very recommended it.

We spent two fabulous weeks in Villa Brown in late Spring with members of our family, we were three couples plus one young adult. Villa Brown is very spacious and well distributed, everyone had enough space and privacy, and the common areas were spacious enough to be very comfortable. The house and furnishings are in excellent condition and provide a cheerful beach vacation ambient with plenty of outdoor space. The location of the house is also very convenient, close to the beach and short drive to many beautiful places like; Rimini, San Marino, Ravenna, etc. Last but not least, the owner Ms. Rosanna and her lovely family were great hosts always offering to help. We have visited Italy many times and this turned out to be an excellent vacation for us.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questa stupenda villa. Non mi sarei mai aspettato di trovarmi così bene, tutto all'insegna dell'eccellenza!!! La villa è curata nei minimi particolari ed offre un soggiorno all'insegna del relax. I proprietari sono veramente squisiti e disponibili. La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro del paese. Insomma una esperienza a 5 stelle!

Superbe et magnifique villa, il ne manquait rien. Accueil très très bien, avec quelques attentions (coupe de fruits,café,gel douche,etc...). L'endroit est très calme et reposant. Des prospectus sont là pour vous guidez dans vos balades. La plage est juste à coté, les bains de soleil nous attendais.Les personnes qui s'occupe de la plage sont très gentils. L'endroit est superbe il y a tout à côté (grandes surfaces,etc...). Les photos sont identiques à la réalité. Nous sommes enchantés de notre quinzaine. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, nous le conseillons fortement car c'était des vacances de rêves...

Bon séjour sur la côte balnéaire de Rimini. Les photos correspondent bien à la villa. Il faut savoir que la fille de la propriétaire et sa famille viennent de temps en temps dans l'autre partie de la villa, néanmoins la cohabitation s'est faite sans problème. Nous étions un groupe de 7 jeunes de 25 ans et nous sommes ravis. La plage n'est pas loin mais il y a peu de place pour y mettre sa serviette comme sur les plages françaises. Nous en avons trouvé une beaucoup mieux du côté d'Igea Marina, où il y a des terrains de volley, un bar, et de la place! = au niveau du Bagno 90 il me semble. La villa est vraiment très bien, rénovée depuis peu et plutôt spacieuse. Nous n'avons pas de reproches à faire. En bref : je vous la conseille!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questa bella casa a pochi passi dal mare. Si distingue per l'ampio parco in cui i nostri bambini hanno potuto giocare, e la calda accoglienza dei padroni di casa, premurosi e solleciti sotto ogni punto di vista, dalla biancheria messa a disposizione anche per la cucina, allo sfalcio dell'erba, ai trattamenti contro le zanzare per il giardino. Consigliatissima.

Abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di trovare una casa dove la realtà ha superato le aspettative: non solo la casa è bella, nuova, ottimamente arredata, comoda, spaziosa, con un gran bel parco, ma l'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata insuperabile: la gentilezza e le attenzioni di cui ci hanno circondato ci hanno fatto sentire più amici che inquilini. In più si trova vicina al mare, alla chiesa, ai negozi, comoda a tutto. Ho trascorso tre bellissime settimane e sia io che la mia famiglia e quella di mia figlia speriamo di far in tempo a prenotare anche l'anno prossimo. Una piacevole scoperta

Abbiamo prenotato qualche giorno in questa splendida Villa completamete ristrutturata con gusto ed eleganza a pochi passa dal mare. Davvero accogliente, tutto molto pulito e in ordine, letti comodissimi, e arredata di mobili nuovi comleta anche nei nei minimi particolari, bellissimo parco/giardino dove potersi rilassare . La casa si trova a 5 minuti dal mare ma è anche servita comodamente da tutti i servizi e negozi. Abbiamo avuto l'onore di inaugurare la casa dopo i sapienti lavori e grazie ai proprietari per l'ospitalita' e la simpatia . Peccato perchè siamo rimastii solo pochi giorni, ma torneremo sicuramente la prossima estate per un un soggiorno più lungo. Da non perdere assolutamente!!! Patrizia e famiglia da Perugia
