About this condo rental
Located in Holualoa, this attractive condo for $339 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. STVR-19-347215. This is a direct oceanfront corner unit with one of the largest lanais in Kona. The unit was recently remodeled with a new kitchen, bathrooms, living & dining areas, as well as the bedrooms. All new appliances in October 2023. Air Conditioning and vinyl plank flooring have been installed with AC units in both bedrooms and the main living area. It has windows on three sides lending to a bright airy feel and boasts beautiful sunset & ocean views. It is steps from the most famous surf spot on the Big lsland - Banyans. You can spot dolphins, turtles, and whales from the lanai. TA-073-559-0400-01 There is free wireless internet, 1 assigned parking spot (which is conveniently located close to the elevator and at no extra charge), basic cable, and a phone allowing free local & long distance calls to North America (including Canada). Everything from major grocery stores to farmers markets are all within a 15 minute drive from the complex. We're about 2 miles from the restaurants, shopping, and excitement of the historic town of Kailua-Kona. It's about a 20-25 minute drive to/from Kona International Airport (KOA) and about 15 minutes from Honokohau Small Boat harbor where most fishing charters, and many dive charters, etc. are based. We loved the views and location of the condo. The lanai was huge and easily accommodated our family of 5. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying the breeze off the water and watching for whales. It was very cool to see the surfers on the water each day as well.
The kitchen was well appointed and the air conditioning helped us sleep well at night.
The beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and other water gear made our trips to the beach much more enjoyable.
Kyle was very responsive when we contacted him about a clogged toilet. Somehow he managed to get a plumber to the condo on a Friday afternoon before a three day weekend. Very impressed!
I would highly recommend this property. When we return to the Big Island, this condo will be our first choice.

The unit had a very well-equipped kitchen, a fantastic view of the ocean (and sunsets), and with the decor, books, beach equipment, etc., gave a nice sense of hominess. It was close to beaches and activities, and in a nice area. The little convenience store across the street was helpful, and I definitely enjoyed having the pool and hot tub. My only regret was the rooster that lives in the overgrowth next door and started making noise at 2 AM the first night were there. With the window fully shut and the AC on, subsequent nights were much better.

The view from the lanai was perfect. Watching the surfers doing their thing all day long was very enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped and bed and showers were just fine.
Location of the condo is in the center of activity on this side of the island.
It would be nice to have a copy of the free "101 Things To Do" and "This Week- Big Island" magazines in the condo when we first arrived. We didn't discover those until 2/3 of our stay was past.

We loved the condo and location. Enjoyed watching the surfers every day and boating traffic. The waves at night were so peaceful and relaxing to listen to. The condo was well equipped and we were able to take advantage of the area attractions since it was a great location. Any issues have been communicated to Kyle who was very responsive to our texts and requests. REALLY appreciated having AC available in all rooms. We used the AC in bedrooms at night to make sleeping comfortable but never really needed AC in the main rooms as plenty of windows allowed great air flow.

There are many great features with this rental! Foremost is the view! Sitting on the lanai is almost like sitting on the beach! Even with the windows closed, you could hear the surf in the master bedroom. Plenty of space and privacy for 2 couples. Superb parking. Great communication with host and easy Check in/check out procedures. We are incredibly picky about cleanliness so for us, we felt like it could use a really deep cleaning but everything is organized and overall tidy and in place. The place could also use a few updates on small appliances. Overall, a really good place to stay with really good hosts.

This condo is fantastic! The place has everything including snorkel gear! The pool and jacuzzi were great and to sit in the jacuzzi and look at the ocean is so great! The Lanai was great and being on the end and the angle to it give you privacy and such a beautiful view of the ocean and shoreline! You can walk to a beach, Da Poke Skack is a block over. This is a great area to stay on the Big Island. Go to Two Step to snorkel!

Any little issues with the rental are completely non existent when you step out onto the balcony. The patio made the whole stay incredible. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. I will say if you are actually trying to cook in the place the kitchen isnt the most user friendly. The disposal is not operational and the limited space on countertops is missing some with the microwave on the counter. There are a ton of restaurants in the area and I assume most people are dining out but for allergy reasons we cook most meals at home, so we struggled a bit in that department, but again then ate on the deck and forgot that was even an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We just spent a week in this condo. We were very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the lanai. The view is amazing. We enjoyed watching the surfers every morning. We also enjoyed the pool and used the barbecues. I’d recommend staying here. Great location.

The condo was such a great fit for us. Loved being able to eat breakfast on the lanai every morning. Was too far to walk to town for my 11 year old but did walk to the Poke Shack. Don’t miss it.

I can’t say enough about this condo! The lanai is all it’s advertised to be, and the perfect spot to watch the sunset, or whale watching! I was so excited to see that in addition to the comfortable furnishings, it was stocked with beach towels, snorkeling gear and coolers! It rained the last few days of my trip, but no matter! I just grabbed a book from the reading nook and made myself comfortable. Can recommend wholeheartedly, and will definitely be staying again!

This was our 4th time to Kona and 3rd time we were able to secure this (our favorite!) condo. So happy to have gotten this one again - it’s on the end so has extra windows which on the side have beautiful tropical jungle feel and total privacy! Then of course the ocean view out front is just unbelievable and the extra large deck!! We don’t even go out to eat other than we have to get some Poke now and again but otherwise we cook in the condo and eat on our deck.. better view than any restaurant and we save a ton that way too. The condo has everything you need - it’s easy to feel like home there 😊

Kyle's condo is so comfortable and aesthetically pleasing that's it's almost unreal! Furnishings, artwork, design all lent to a feeling of richness, joy and relaxation. Everything we needed was there. Location is such that it's easy to get to the highway to go run errands. The sound of the ocean was incredible and we used the pool every day. Kyle went out of his way to accommodate our needs, responding quickly to our questions and requests. Thank you!

We were so pleased with the condo, the view all the amenities and working with Kyle was awesome. Every morning having coffee on the lanai watching the surfers, it was incredible. Condo is very well maintained and was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The balcony alone is worth staying here. Like others mentioned, you can watch surfers both morning and evening, with some throughout the day. Perfect sunset view. Extras including condiments in the kitchen, snorkel, fins, masks, shoes, beach towels, someone even left aloe in the fridge, which unfortunately I ended up needing, but was amazing to already have access to it. Used the cooler several days to take drinks with us while driving around to beaches, etc. A/C's worked great. 15 mins from any restaurant, including poke shack in walking distance. Highly recommend this condo

The condo is amazing! We enjoyed the location, amenities, all the info given, and breath taking view! It was joy hanging out on the Lania watching the surfers and sea creatures and the ocean at our feet. We so appreciated all of the beach gear, especially the snorkel stuff and beach umbrella.

Absolute Paradise in Kona !!
This is one of, if not the best, rentals
We’ve ever stayed at. The location was phenomenal. Close to the main hub of Kona, but far enough away to avoid the crowd. The views were spectacular, with an unobstructed view of the coastline and a great location to see the surfers at one of the best surfing spots in Kona. It was delightful, to wake up in the morning and have your coffee and watch the surfing. The evening views were amazing. The lanai was very spacious with a ceiling fan, and we ate outside most of the time. There were two spacious lounge chairs as well. The pool area was very clean, and the Jacuzzi was very nice to use.
We never had a problem waiting to use it. Most of the time, we had the pool area to ourselves. It was never crowded, and the condo area was very quiet. There is a small convenience store across the street, and up the street as well. The condo is very close to magic sand beach, which is one of the best beaches in Kona. It is also close to several great snorkeling spots.
There was AC in all the rooms and they worked flawlessly. The unit was very clean, and updated. It was very spacious for the four of us, my wife and two children. The owner was very responsive, and the directions were easy to follow on getting into the unit and leaving the unit.
We loved every minute our stay.

Fantastic condo! Everything you need & more!
Kyle's condo is beyond perfect! The views, location and facility is great but even better are the amenities of the unit itself. Everything is super comfortable, from the beds to the living room & patio furniture down to the towels! The unit has more beach accessories than you'll ever need and the kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a gourmet meal.

The condo is centrally located near anything you need and had lots of extra items to make our stay even better. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Watching the surfers each morning and evening provided great entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.
