The staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, just like in the pictures. We asked for a crib and it was arranged for free of charge. Onsen was nice with water temp around 41.5C. The location is close to Khao Yai and many restaurants but only convenient if you come with a car, just like everywhere else outside Bangkok. There are plenty of parking spots in the front. The hotel offers umbrellas in case of rain.
We couldn’t use wifi at all on the first night. The second day we asked the staff to fix it and it worked.

Pleasant staff, mini bar service and clean room
Raised platform in rooms are not elderly friendly, lack of hand soap in toilet, loud music from nearby pubs till wee hours, insufficient lighting in room makes it quite dark

Room and in-room facilities are superb. We stay in 2 bedroom room. There are kitchen with stove, microwave/oven. 2 bathrooms have one bathtub and one jacuzzi. There are 3 smart tv in 2 bedrooms and living room. They also have onsen, sauna, and stream room.
They provide no breakfast just instance cup noodles, crackers and milk tea and 3in1 cofee in room. But it’s ok for me since I know in advance and prepare some. They have kitchen but no pot/pan that we can cook. Just 4 plats, bowls, cups and utensils. The onsen pool looks nice but not that hot. They have stream room but not operate on the day I stay.

The location was lovely, with the hills/cliffs on both sides. The room was spacious with a separate living area and outdoor balcony.
The pool wasn't very clean, it seems like the hotel is not completely finished. The bathtub had issues with clean and hot water.
