The host handled the situation in an exemplary manner. The repair, replacement, restoration and cleaning were all carried out very professionally, and communication was excellent throughout. They offered us a refund for the inconvenience, which we accepted. In the end, the way the issue was resolved left us with an almost positive impression of the whole experience.
A minor technical issue occurred: the water heater developed a leak and began dripping hot water. Given its location, and to prevent the problem from escalating, the unit had to be replaced. The impact on our stay was negligible.

Kitchenette was awesome with a mini fridge, stove top, water kettle, microwave, and most importantly toaster. Bathroom was a decent size as well. Room was clean, but costs extra to get it cleaned during your stay. The luggage lockers worked great for us, but if you have a check-in suitcase, you may have to find alternative storage.
Location wise, there’s an organic grocery store right around the corner and it’s an 8-12 minute walk to the closest subway stops. Commerce neighborhood of the 15th arr. is just a 10 minute walk away where you can find plenty of restaurants, boulangeries, fromageries, etc.
Just as an FYI for US travelers, make sure you have adapters as the outlets are not universal! Biggest actual complaint is why did the shower not have a door or curtain?

location is convenient, price is reasonable. When issue came up, staff helped solve right away ( my keetle was not working, inform staff by whastapp, replace right away). They also provide some travel tips which really help. I am very satisfied.

The apartment was big, it has invidual kitchen which contains coffee machine and microwave and other stuff. The bed was super comfortable, I had very good sleep while staying there.
The bathroom doesn't have dry and wet separation, everywhere got wet after we took shower. The carpet was dirty. We used the washer machine in the room to wash our clothes, but it did a very bad job, it didn't clean so well.
