Lovely pool, good breakfast. Crammed with antiques and curios. Nice garden. Friendly owner
It was mid-September, so maybe lacking in a bit of bustle. Also, the room was a little cold

The place is very beautiful in lovely gardens by a river. The pool was fantastic.
Nothing was very clear or transparent in regards to our stay. Was there breakfast included in the price? Was there a supplement for cleaning (we did clean but were charged anyway even though we unblocked a drain that was blocked). We booked for five in a five bed room but had to pay a supplement anyway for the fifth person a 7 year old once the booking was confirmed.

The owner was very helpful and accommodated our needs. The added bonus of a pool meant the children were happy.
The location was hard to find initially and there wasn’t anything to do in the village.
