A little Gem.

This hotel is a much better option to staying inside Flensburg and only 10 miles away. Away from the hustle and bustle. Stunning location, on the sea side, with a small marina. Few people, beautiful beach, walks, views, gardens, flowers and so much more. Located on a cul-de-sac, perfect for those who wish peace, beauty and silence. For all ages. Particularly young families with pre teen kids or over 50's... Uuuupppsss... Value for money: tops.

Nice venue but beware of price gouging

Hotel was very clean, nice location. Staff friendly.

The room rate was good. But after eating breakfast, we were charged EUR 25 per person for what I would consider a very standard breakfast. There was nothing remarkable about it, but this really felt like price gouging and I and my colleague will not stay here again due to this. EUR 15 would have been high but acceptable. EUR 25 was a total joke.

Beautiful location

Location, and staff were very nice.

The bathroom was not very nice and was dated, it had a lot of calcium build up. The rest of the room was very nice. The noise from the next room was quite loud so the the sound proofing is not very good.

Loved the location and the comfortable bed and the beautiful view and delicious breakfast.

The floorboards were very creaky and a bit noisy from people walking in the halls. When we arrived a movie was being filmed and we could not use the restaurant or Cafe, but we were quickly accommodated to our room.

Top hotel style Service

Real classical hotel Service ,the staff love their work..it shines in their eyes .They made me very happy.The Cook is reaaaaally good.Lovely breakfast selection,fluffiest scrambled egg I ever had.Expensive but worth every penny and more.

Disappointing customer service

Super location, and reasonably good breakfast

On departure, I had to make the receptionist aware that the amount for the dinner we had the night before was missing from the invoice. This didn't even give a thank you! When we got home, my wife discovers that she has forgotten to pack her iPad-charger. I contact the receptionist who says they have the charger and will send it right away. After 14 days we have still not received the charger, my wife calls the hotel again, they confirm that it is still in their possession and that they will now arrange for it to be sent. Two months later, we still haven't received chargers!

Nice romantic getaway.

Great location right on the beach! Cozy little hotel, perfect for a romantic getaway. The restaurant and outdoor bar were both lovely. Food was amazing.

There was a slightly musty smell in the hallways and room.

Gorgeous location

Wonderfully scenic location, room overlooking the fjord, extremely nice and helpful staff. Comfy bed and you can sleep with the window open.

Extremely small bathroom, shower walls wobbly, not specially clean. Overall, decoration looking a little tired. Restaurant struck me as somewhat overpriced.

no air and no screens on windows, open windows and many bugs enter. was a hot box with no fan or ventilation. 12 day trip at 7 different locations. was worst room. location and view was nice, just could not sleep in sauna.
