Everything in this hotel is great - the comfort, very nice wellness facilities with multiple saunas and tea and snacks provided, great food, extremely helpful staff. One of the nicest experiences ever :)
There is nothing not to like, just a suggestion to provide more toiletries like conditioner, body lotion etc. instead of just one soap/shampoo. Also put up more photos of wellness area, we had no idea it was that versatile and nice.

Wonderful location with easy access to ski slopes. Started all days early complete with energy storage from the excellent breakfast buffet and ended the days relaxing in the spa and with a good dinner from the same cuisine. We did not do much research before we arrived, and booked only shortly before arriving, extremely pleasant with the gem of a hotel we got.
Cleanliness was very high standard, perhaps little too high - the room always smelled like soap - which was slightly irritating (personal preference)

Ne moc dobré večeře, slabší úroveň pokoje, prosklené dveře na záchod jsou opravdu nesmysl, když v noci světlem budíte spolubydlícího, koupelna pouze s vanou nám také nevyhovovala, matrace příliš měkká a za cenu pokoje bych čekal alespoň balkon, wellness obyčejný bazén nevyhovující, moc malý

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie benedenverdieping. Goed ontbijt.
De diners waren heel gewoon. Ik ben betere diners gewoon in Oostenrijk. De singlekamers waren duidelijk van een mindere kwaliteit en lagen op de bovenste verdieping onder het dak, typisch Europees. Buiten Europa tref je echte singlekamers nog nauwelijks aan en krijg je sowieso een dubbel.
