The location of this place is in the old town and very accessible to see beautiful views from all over Modica Alta. We were happy to us this as our home base while there.
The check-in and check-out instructions were a little unclear. If we hadn't had access to wifi or a phone we would have not been able to find out where to go for the check-in.

Location was great for us. Off the busy tourist path but close enough to the sights. Very clean and office was easy to find.
Somewhat small but good for a couple of nights.

Location is unbeatable, in upper Modica on a quiet street. The woman who checked us in was also fantastic- so helpful with information, restaurant tips, and more. Shower was good, plenty of hot water. It’s within walking distance to one of the best meals on our trip in a trattoria.
There were dust bunnies in the bedroom and the towel racks kept falling off the wall.
