A very pleasant and cosy place to stay with lovely owners. The onsen was wonderful. The owner even offered us a ride to the train station—very thoughtful.

This is a very sensible place to stay at if you are coming to Matsumoto. It is basic, but good value. The staff speaks great English and appears to be used to international tourists, so will be able to assist. The rooms were clean.

Family run place and they do it with passion. From the check-in to breakfast to check-out, every interaction is done with passion and true warm hospitality. And it was the best breakfast we had on our trip. If we come to Matsumoto again, we would definitely stay here.
