O hotel é maravilhoso em tudo. Ótima localização, quarto confortável e bem equipado, café da manhã maravilhoso, estacionamento amplo, decoração linda, ótimo atendimento. Toda cidade merecia ter um hotel princess, voltarei sempre que estiver em Ponta Grossa.

na reserva pela internet, preenchi e conferi que seria para dois adultos, mas no checkin o atendente me disse que era só um adulto e precisaria pagar a diferençã para incluir a minha esposa. desagradável isso,
