The location was great, quiet enough and the history of the place. The friendliness of the staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The pool was very nice and the food options were OKish
The cleanliness lacked, the room was very small for a 3bed (Family room) the beds were pretty bad, the AC couldnt handle the hot room and weather, the lack of personnel in the afternoon and evening, the cost of the room was about 40% more than it should be.

The people were amazing and incredibly accomodating. Clean rooms and incredible staff. Solo traveling is a big challenge, but staff went above and beyond to make the trip a good experiance. I felt welcome and taken care of the entire time. Any need I had has been met and I'll never forget this trip! I genuinely thank staff and friends for making me feel welcome and safe!

Good breakfast. Excellent coffee. Colourful decor and cheerful, attentive staff. Close to Modena and Maranello for visiting car factories and museums. Family-run hotel with adjacent restaurant serving 'proper' Italian food. Ghocchi fritti to die for!
The restaurant is closed on Mondays, but a nearby pizzeria was recommended.
