The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spacious with a nice balcony. The location is beautiful, right in the mountains, and we could hear the sound of a small stream and nature outside. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Parking was also very convenient, with a private parking space matching the room number. Dogs are allowed, which was important for us. There is also a small shop and a good pizzeria nearby, and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk away.
The wellness area was smaller than we expected and did not feel very inviting. There was a strong smell of chlorine, especially around the pool area, so in the end we decided not to use the pool or sauna. It was not a big problem for us, but the wellness part could definitely be improved.

Good location, ideal to start hikes in the morning. Room was spacious and clean, stuff was friendly. They have a small lobby with drinks and snacks with reasonable price
Room only had the bare minimum. Kitchen was not well equipped, bathroom didn’t even have shampoo or shower gel - this is sort of basic in other apartments in our experience (in High Tatras). Walls are paper thin, you can hear everyone in other rooms and corridors. It has a spa area but it’s not included in the price, but the description says nothing about the extra charge - this is quite disappointing
