Breakfast it was delicious, Could have some gluten-free and dairy-free food, coffee really good.

Everything was basically OK. Notice that the Normandy is at B.H. downtown… practical but the neighbourhood… ough! A lot of homeless living on those streets; and it is not a neighbourhood where you can find a variety of restaurants; Shopping centres, yes. TIP: prefer the Lourdes neighbourhood, very close to downtown, but better.
Three items: 1. Desperate need of double-glass windows (the hotel is surrounded by busy noisy avenues: Saturday night is the worst: they instal “barracas” all during the night). 2. To offer variety at breakfast: not a single difference morning after morning. 3. Staff: friendly indeed, but don’t think of them for practical specific orientations. Restaurant-kitchen night-staff: terrible slow.

Location. It is centraly located and close to shops and restaurants
It is old and installations are not in a good shape. Staff is average, and do not provide useful information. We were informed the restaurant was open, just to walk in and other staff inform it was closed for cleaning. Not worth the cost x benefit, there are other better options in the region.
