Great views over the mountain and resort. Spacious room. Prime location in the centre of Hotham. Warm comfortable vibes. Check in was available 1 hour early after the cleaners finished.
We stayed on the top floor which was great although the only way to get everything up is by the stairs (no lifts). Carrying skis and boards, luggage up and down was tedious. No parking in the drive way (some apartments did have allocated parking bays but sambuca did not)

I love the view and the facilities, feels handy like home.
Amazed by the mountain facing views and that's definitely a plus.
But the cover, pillow cases are dirty, yellowish and obvious annoying.
Also how you can assess via code is sent at the last day so we were confused to get in.
Ideally a receptionist is there can help rather than just phone number and thank God we had phone connections otherwise we might stay outside.
