It is really convenient because you've got everything nearby and can easily walk to the best bakery in Montpellier, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants ... The bus is just on the other side of the road. You will be charmed by the 10 m x 3.5 m mirror swimming pool with gray coating which gives a particularly beautiful, natural, and changing water colour, with a small waterfall. Label Meublé de tourisme 4 stars given by the Ministry in charge of Tourisme. A modern villa, bathed in sun, surrounded by an attractive cute tropical garden with deckchairs and an outside shower to freshen up after sunbathing in the afternoon or take a shower under the stars, in the evening when you come back home from the beach . The location, planted with trees, is calm and quiet, a little piece of countryside in the city ... Perfect to enjoy the sea and the pool during the day and, when the night comes, the many summer festivities downtown or by the sea. It is a very easy to live house which offers comfort and luxury, for a perfect and peaceful stay. On the ground floor you will find a large beautiful dining-room and salon, very sunny, looking straight onto the swimming pool, with its Home cinema, iPod station, WiFi, fireplace, piano ..., a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large comfortable bedrooms with bedding and bed linen in conformity with 4 stars hotel standards, a nice bathroom and separate toilets. On the first floor, you will appreciate a master suite, with its private lounge, office corner, bathroom and toilets. The house was just as advertised, Fabien very helpful and available, I just wish the shower head was not a hand held one, it would seem easy to attach it to the wall, both shower heads the same, a small trash can in each room would also have been helpful, otherwise everything was great

Fabien is a well-meaning host who is clearly proud of his house. The house was very clean when we arrived although we would have really appreciated an earlier check in time than 5pm.
The pool was lovely and the outside seating area was a fine place to eat. The location is excellent - just 2 mins walk from the bus stop which takes you to the city centre in 15 mins.
It wasn’t clear to me from the listing that only one of the bedrooms is air conditioned - and off the three that are not, only one even has a mosquito net screen to allow for an open window at night.
Some fundamentals were missing - no hooks to hang the showers on, no holders for the toilet roll, for example - and the outside shower was not sufficiently screened off to protect anyone’s modesty.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week in this house - a few little improvements could make it ideal.

Excellent location - close enough to city (bus stop only 3 mins away) but very quiet and secluded. Easy access to motorway. Parking convenient at house. Close to superb boulangerie/patisserie and supermarkets (all within 5 mins walk).
Great property, just as described/photos. Well maintained outside area with gardens and an amazing mirror pool. Outside furniture good. Large property. Well furnished throughout with a well equipped kitchen. Cleaniness was superb and maintenance was good. WiFi worked well and working areas if you need to do some work while on holiday. Large television with Free Box for digital TV.
Fabien was a great host, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent communication from booking through to check-in and during the stay. Always available and responsive. He genuinely cares for both his property and his guests.

We have enjoyed our stay of 12 days in this beautiful house. It has the perfect location between city center and beaches. Access to public transportation is easy. We loved the bakery around the corner.
The house itself, the garden and the pool are so well maintained and well equipped and also very clean! We can recommend this house without hesitation.

We have a lovely week in this fabulous property in Montpellier. Fabien was an amazing host and ensured we were aware of all the 'must do' local sights. The property itself was excellent and very comfortable and private.

Cozy villa, cooling pool, and several options to sit, eat&drink or sun bathing around the house, nice garden. The host Fabien proved to be an excellent host and guided us for options during our vacation. Carrefour supermarket and very good artisan bakery (opens at 06.00! for fresh croissants etc) within 5 min. of walking distance. Beaches nearby (around 20-30 min driving time as well as e.g. Nimes and Uzes in around 50 min. to 1h15min driving time, MPL airport 20 min. Location of this Villa is therefore very good as well: close to the centre but private and quiet.

Perfekter Familien Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in Fabiens Haus. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gut gepflegt. Es bietet mehr als genug Platz für eine sechsköpfige Familie. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Und der Pool ist großartig! Wie haben jede freie Minute darin verbracht:)
Abschließend möchte ich noch erwähnen das Fabien ein super Gastgeber ist. Sehr gute Kommunikation!

This is really a home away from home. The house is near everything ; sea, parks, grocery stores and has everything you need for a long stay. A beautiful and comfortable house, even in winter. The month went by very quickly , we will be back!

Lovely stay
We spent one week at this beautiful villa with our multigenerational family (ages 20-91). Fabien keeps the property immaculate and was incredibly responsive and accomodating before and during our stay. The location is fabulous. We walked to Comedie, drove to the beach and spent many mornings at the lovely bakery around the corner.

Propriétaire à l'écoute et qui donne des conseils sur les activités à réaliser durant le séjour.
Piscine extérieur très appréciable.
Faire attention à la précision de l'annonce concernant les animaux domestiques qui ne sont acceptés que sous accord du propriétaire et qui n'accepte qu'exceptionnellement les petits chiens.
Une semaine à 6, entre amis, voisin agréable, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Très bon accueil par Fabien, le propriétaire. Est à l'écoute de nos envies pour nous conseiller sur les sites à voir ou sorties à faire. Maison très propre et très fonctionnelle. Il y a tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin. La terrasse est très agréable pour y passer un moment en famille autour d'un verre ou d'un repas. Et ce qui est très appréciable, le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de toilettes, etc) est à disposition. Donc aucun supplément. Rien à dire, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Havre de paix près de toutes les commodités
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison bien entretenue. Il y fait frais malgré les températures extérieures élevées (climatisation) et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Le jardin est intime, fleuri et soigné, et la belle piscine bien orientée permet de super moments de détente. Le propriétaire est accueillant, serviable et toujours prêt à fournir de bons conseils.
Une excellente boulangerie se trouve à 5 minutes à pied et divers supermarchés sont à 5 minutes en voiture.
Nous vous recommandons vivement cette maison pour de bonnes vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Perfect stay
We spent a fabulous week in Fabiens villa in Montpellier. Near to everything you need; bus, bakery, grocery and gas station. The location of the house is perfect also for making day-trips by car f.ex. to Sité and Cap d'Agde. And we even walked to the Montpellier city. The house is very nice, big, airy and clean. It has everything you need and some more. The beds were very comfortable and the big flat TV in the living room made the football WM extra exiting. Nice garden made it possible to enjoy the fine weather. And there are no words to describe the pool! It was fantastic; big enough to swim some laps and can not be seen by neighbors. And there is even shower outside near the pool. Kitchen was very well equipped. Fabien is the best host ever, speaking perfect English. He showed us his country house in the beautiful Ferrières, not far from Montpellier but still like in an other world, like paradise with clean nature and rivers to explore. Perfect place to get rid of the stress, which we are planning to do there on next vacation. We can warm recommend both houses. And we want to thank Fabien for the hospitality and hope to see you next summer. Also thanks to Laura.

Ce fût une superbe semaine à Montpellier. Nous avons bien profiter de la piscine, et bien bronzer. La villa est bien équipée et bien positionnée. Vous avez une boulangerie à 1 minute à pied, puis un supermarché à 5 minutes. Un proprio disponible et accueillant. Bref, à refaire !

A recommander sans hésitations !
Location en tous points conforme à l'annonce : maison spacieuse, très bien entretenue et située dans un quartier relativement calme compte tenu des axes principaux proches.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le côté "village" de ce quartier résidentiel préservé.
Le propriétaire apporte un soin particulier dans l'entretien de son jardin exotique et de sa piscine, protégée des regards indiscrets par de magnifiques cyprès. Vous oublierez rapidement que vous vous trouvez en ville...
Concernant la maison, nous avons apprécié l'équipement haut de gamme mis à notre disposition ainsi que la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée. Sa situation géographique permet de rallier facilement le centre historique de Montpellier soit par bus (arrêt au bout de l'impasse) ou par tram (une quinzaine de minutes à pieds depuis la maison jusqu'à l'arrêt Sabines), mais aussi de rejoindre rapidement les plages de sable ou de s'extraire facilement du monde urbain pour partir à la découverte de l'arrière pays tellement beau.
Concernant le propriétaire, dont la gentillesse et la disponibilité sont à souligner, il mettra tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.
Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de nos échanges avec lui autour d'un rafraîchissement, lors de sa visite hebdomadaire consacrée à l'entretien des espaces verts et de la piscine.
Merci encore à Fabien pour ces sympathiques moments !
A ceux qui hésitent encore à la lecture de ces quelques lignes, nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.

Toujours parfait
Troisième séjour à Montpellier et toujours aussi ravis de retrouver la villa !
A chaque fois, outre son confort et le fait que l'on s'y sente particulièrement bien, nous avons pu apprécier les avantages de sa situation, proche de toutes commodités, du centre ville mais aussi des plages.
le fait d'avoir tout à proximité immédiate à pied ((boulangerie, supermarché, pharmacie, ...) est vraiment très appréciable.
Tout ceci dans le calme d'une impasse, entouré de verdure, où l'on a parfois l'impression d'être à la campagne.
A recommander sans restriction !!

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa extrêmement agréable, avec sa piscine magnifique (à l'eau très claire et très propre). La piscine est d'ailleurs plus grande qu'elle ne parait sur la photo. Le propriétaire a été aux petits soins avec nous et nous a donné toutes sortes de renseignements très utiles sur la région et les activités possibles. Le descriptif et les photos sont totalement conformes à ce que vous trouverez sur place. Comme nous sommes arrivées en pleine canicule, on aurait juste apprécié qu'une chambre supplémentaire soit climatisée. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Maison exceptionnelle en plein Montpellier.
La maison est très agréable, lumineuse, confortable, meublée avec goût et distinction. Mon mari et moi sommes très heureux de l'avoir choisie pour y passer le temps des fêtes de fin d'années et y recevoir quelques invités. Nous avons apprécié le poêle à bois pour l'ambiance (car la maison est très bien chauffée, par ailleurs). Un séjour en été doit être aussi très agréable grâce à la jolie piscine et au jardin planté d'arbres rares et très bien entretenu. Le propriétaire est très attentif et très soucieux de faire plaisir (en nous laissant un sapin joliment décoré par exemple).
Situation géographique dans la ville parfaite. Accès facile. Commerces essentiels à distance de marche. Deux places de stationnement attenantes à la maison, plus stationnement possible dans la rue. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation et j'espère y retourner moi-même.
