Good stay. Great view of the jungle. Chill vibes.The room was very spacious with private bathroom. Great restaurant & bar in the hotel. Pool was delish always. Staff is lovely. They were very helpful in booking travel arrangements. Location worked for us since we wanted to be closer to the town- 20min tuk tuk to semuc, very easy.
Our room was room #11 and we lost power everyday of our stay. Sometimes it happened in the middle of the night which was very uncomfortable.

If you wanted hot water you had to have your shower at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. 🤦♂️

Lovely locally owned hotel with great staff. Sampuc Champey is out of the way. The hotel was great for the price and location. I would stay again. The location is very close to the springs.
Rooms are very basic, but great for the price. The pool, bar and restaurant were nice.

not very comfortable rooms, the bathroom had a constantly leaking shower, the restaurant staff was rude: especially the young girl with a permanently offended face, no willingness to communicate - no one speaks English :(
