About this house rental
The SCORDALINNA house is the right place for your holidays in the south of Sardinia, it is located in the heart of Villasimius, a delightful historic center just 50 km from Cagliari / Elmas airport.
Beautiful and comfortable The house is located in a perfect position to visit other wonderful beaches in southern Sardinia, just 10 minutes by car you can find more wild beaches or bays for swimming, sporting activities in the sea (sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing , mountain biking, golf, tennis, boat rentals) or excursions.
At the port of Villasimius you can rent a boat to reach the most beautiful beaches, or the island of Cavoli, a small granite island with a lighthouse surrounded by a wild and protected natural environment, or the island of Serpentara less than a mile away, both in a protected marine area.
The house has 1 balcony on the upper floor overlooking the village, while on the ground floor it has a covered veranda where it is furnished for eating.
Fully furnished for your holidays, it is located in a private residential complex.
On the first level The house has an open-plan living room with a fully equipped American-style kitchen, also DISHWASHER, sofa, flat-screen TV and bathroom WITH WASHING MACHINE. VERANDA COPERTA with patio.
On the second level there are two bedrooms, a double bedroom, in the second bedroom with 3 SINGLE beds or 2 together they become a double bed (or a bed you can transform it with a camping cot for a child).
Inside there is everything you need for the beach (beach umbrella, beach towels), baby equipment on request (high chair, cot, stroller), bath towels, bed linen, bath accessories (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel , hair dryer, all included in the price for all guests).
If you are looking for a quiet holiday in contact with nature but also a short distance from the beautiful beaches with white sand and emerald sea where you can relax and stroll along the shore, this is the right choice for you and your family.

"Hello everybody,
Here is a little word just to say that this rental is great: well situated, with a beautiful view on the montain and just next to the see! All the necessary is in there. The best is to have dinner outside on the terrasse :)
And the last but not the least, The landlord and his wife are charming people who will provide you with all the needed information on the village and a lot more. (i.e. they prepared for my arrival italian specialities from sdardinia: cookies and wine! I was really touched. They are lovely poeple!)
Do not hesitate to go for there!
