The apartment is in a quiet area. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach the city center of Orosei on foot. Restaurant, ice cream parlor and shopping all nearby. The beaches of Orosei can be reached by car or bike within a few minutes. Facilities are great, everything you need. The terrace invites you to linger. We felt very comfortable. The hostess is super friendly and various things could be clarified at short notice.

Very nice place, good location staying in orosei, and friendly owner. The place doesn’t have internet which it doesn’t say in the listing but, and the address is 13 not 23! Other than that it was clean and very nice, would come back!

Bellissimo
Proprietaria molto cordiale che nn fa mancare niente, ambiente molto pulito e ordinato, l'abitazione molto carina con un bellissimo spazio all'aperto con calcetto, caminetto e doccia esterna comodissima per il ritorno dalla spiaggia. Molto vicino al centro e a tanti servizi.
Certamente ci tornerei senza ripensamenti.

An alle die Ruhe haben wollen und doch schnell in der Stadt sein möchten ist das genau das richtige.
Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und falls doch etwas fehlt ist der nächste Supermarkt zur Fuss erreichbar.
Wir hatten viele Fragen vor der Reise, die alle schnell und freundlich beantwortet wurden.
Ein riessen Dank dafür an Loredana!
Wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

GRANDE OSPITALITA'
L'appartamento è situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro del paese, quindi molto comodo per raggiungere tutti i servizi.
La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutti gli accessori.
I padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili, ma discreti, ci hanno coccolato fino alla fine del soggiorno. Ci hanno messo a disposizione anche delle biciclette e accolto con prodotti freschi quasi ogni giorno! Grazie!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui nella settimana dal 3 al 10 Luglio, 4 persone di cui 2 bambini ; posizione ottima, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Orosei, 5 minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia di Osala, 7 minuti dalla marina di Orosei, 300 mt dalla sp125, con la quale si può agevolmente girare le zone limitrofe. Casa molto comoda per 4 persone, molto pulita e funzionale alla vacanza, con menzione particolare per la splendida veranda (dove è possibile mangiare) e per la comodissima doccia esterna. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Super consigliato!!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Das Apartment war sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die kostenlosen Fahrräder haben ausgereicht für die Fahrt an den nahegelegenen wunderschönen Strand. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Geplegte und kinderfreundliche Unterkunft
Wohung und Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet. Ruhige Lage in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstrasse. Mit den Fahrrädern, die man kostenlos leihen kann, braucht man nur 10min zum Strand. In den Ort kann man in wenigen Minuten laufen.
Einziger Minuspunkt: In der Ferienwohung gibt es kein WLAN
Wer auf Internet nicht verzichten will braucht ein Handy mit Daten-Roaming.

Come stare a casa propria ...
Una schiera di statuine di simpatici e ben auguranti nanetti sparsi in giardino ci hanno accolto in un appartamento confortevole, pulito, gradevolmente arredato e ben accessoriato (perfino doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda): non manca nulla per adulti e bambini ed è tutto efficiente. L'atmosfera è arricchita dalle cortesi attenzioni dei proprietari solleciti ed ospitali, delicati e discreti. Ogni servizio è a pochi passi, come pure il centro di Orosei; l'auto è utile solo per raggiungere le molteplici ed incantevoli spiagge. Qui, la riuscita della vacanza è garantita|

Perfetta!!
Soggiorno dal 28 agosto al 7 settembre...Siamo stati benissimo nella casa di Loredana. La casa è in.una posizione ideale per chi vuole scoprire le più belle spiagge del golfo (ne vale davvero la pena!), ma anche per chi volesse andare in bicicletta in spiaggia, infatti Marina di Orosei e altre bellissime spiagge sono a pochi chilometri. È comodissima per raggiungere il centro (5 minuti a piedi), però posizione tranquilla e non caotica.
La casa è perfetta per 4 persone (noi eravamo una famiglia con due ragazzi) pulitissimo (importante x noi) letti comodi, fresca di sera a dormire senza accendere aria condizionata, zanzariere a tutte le finestre , spazio esterno ampio (abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori) pratica lavatrice ...Non mancava proprio niente!! Loredana e la sua famiglia molto gentili e non invadenti. All arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare un regalo di benvenuto molto apprezzato (i dolci sardi sono ottimi!)

SOGGIORNO IDEALE!
Siamo appena tornati dal soggiorno presso la fam. Famiglietti e che dire.... sono persone squisite!
L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto se non meglio, la casa rimane fresca, pulita ed è completa di tutto il necessario. Lo spazio esterno è veramente bello e curato. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge in 10 minuti di auto. Consigliata a famiglie con bambini.

VACANZA FANTASTICA!
Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo periodo di vacanza a luglio 2016.
La casa rispecchia la descrizione dell’annuncio, pulita e molto accogliete. Posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla ma contemporaneamente in 10 minuti a piedi si è in centro di Orosei e tutte le spiagge del golfo di Orosei sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina.
Lo spazio esterno è molto piacevole per mangiare fuori e i bambini possono giocarci tranquillamente (c’è un vecchio bigliardino che ha tenuto impegnati i miei figli al rientro della spiaggia FANTASTICO! ). C'è una fantastica doccia esterna utilissima al rientro della spiaggia (niente sabbia in casa!!!)
I proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibili e riservati. Sempre presenti quando avevamo bisogno di consigli e aiuto ma mai invadenti …GRAZIE!!! Ci avete regalato una splendida vacanza!

tutto perfetto!!
Cosa possiamo dire di più se non che l’appartamento è perfetto, pulito e corrisponde alla descrizione. È situato in una zona tranquillissima, ma a due passi dal centro. Il mare è dietro l’angolo e il giardino permette di prendere il sole direttamente anche da casa! In veranda è possibile mangiare all’aperto con la dovuta privacy. L’appartamento è spazioso e dotato di ogni confort compresa la doccia esterna davvero comoda al mare in estate!
Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 persone per 15 giorni, dal 5 giugno al 19 giugno 2016, e non volevamo più andare via!
I proprietari sono discreti ma sempre molto disponibili ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualcosa ci hanno assistito e fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie.
Consigliamo questo appartamento e sarà la nostra prima scelta se decideremo di tornare da quelle parti.

Ottima vacanza!
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. La casa corrispondeva perfettamente all'annuncio, era pulitissima, curata, arredata e attrezzata con tutto l'occorente. Lo spazio esterno è molto piacevole per mangiare fuori la sera e i bambini possono giocarci tranquillamente (ci sono anche giochi previsti per loro). C'è una doccia esterna che fa molto comodo al rientro della spiaggia, soprattutto con bambini piccoli. Le spiagge sono vicine e i consigli di Loredana ci sono stati utili per trovare una spiaggia non troppo affollata e adatta ai bambini. Nel complesso tutte le spiagge del golfo sono da girare! Il centro di Orosei è raggiungibile a piedi (10-15 minuti) ed è una città attraente con parecchie animazioni (per grandi e piccoli) con tutti i servizi necessari.
I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. Grazie ancora!

Consigliamo questa casa sia per lo Spazio esterno ampio e ben attrezzato anche per i bambini che la posizione che permette di visitare tutte le spiagge della zona e anche di raggiungere a piedi il centro pedonale di Orosei. Gentilissimi e disponibilissimi i proprietari . Esperienza molto positiva

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement! Le petit déjeuné sur la terrasse ensoleillée, le confort des chambres et la gentillesse de la locataire nous ont permis d'apprécier dès notre arrivée nos vacances. Il est très bien situé, très proche du centre et le chemin pour aller à la plage est pratique et agréable.
Loredana nous a prêté les vélos, des jouets pour notre filles et nous n'avons pas eu besoin de l'appeler pendant notre séjour car nous avions tout! :-)
Nous recommandons cet appartement et nous souhaitons à Loredana et sa famille une bonne continuation! GRAZIE MILE!

La casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio, dotata di tutti i servizi necessari, pulita , ordinata e molto accogliente. Ringrazio vivamente i proprietari che sono stati sempre accoglienti, gentili e sempre molto disponibili. La casa è collegata in una zona ottima per visitare tutte le splendide spiagge del golfo di Orosei. Con la speranza di tornarci al più presto colgo l'occasione per salutare i proprietari e consiglio vivamente chi fosse interessato ad andare....di corsa!!!!

Un recibimiento exquisito por parte de la propietaria. El apartamento está muy bonito decorado con muchos detalles para hacer la estancia mucho más confortable. El patio es precioso. El trato con Loredana muy familiar y agradable, una excelente persona.La situación del apartamento es muy buena para poder visitar el Golfo de Orosei y alrededores. Hemos regresado enamorados de Cerdeña y sus gentes: Volveremos!

Ottima sistemazione per poter godere delle bellezze del Golfo di Orosei. Vicina al centro di Orosei, raggiungibile a piedi o anche con le biciclette che sono messe a disposizione degli ospiti. La casa e' una villetta su tre piani, al piano superiore risiedono i proprietari che sono di una gentilezza estrema, senza mai essere invadenti.Disponibili per qualsiasi informazione ed ospitali.L'appartamento al piano terra e' equipaggiato di tutto, non manca assolutamente nulla tra le stoviglie, lavatrice,televisione,bagno con doccia, due stanze da letto ed una cucina soggiorno, si puo' mangiare nella bella terrazza, silenziosa e piena di Fiori con un barbeque.Siamo stati viziati e coccolati dai proprietari che ancora ringraziamo per i consigli e le informazioni che ci hanno dato.Da ritornare sicuramente.
