I loved the room (so much space), the cleanness of everything, the breakfast and the staff. I also like how responsive the staff were every time I had a question or request. Really amazing!
The bed mattress was a bit too soft for me.

En general, tuvimos una buena experiencia. La ubicación es uno de sus principales puntos a favor, ya que está muy cerca de todo y permite recorrer fácilmente el centro histórico de Ibarra.
El desayuno fue aceptable y la habitación cumplió con lo necesario para nuestra estadía. Como aspecto por mejorar, las instalaciones en general podrían recibir algo más de mantenimiento, ya que se notan algunos detalles propios del paso del tiempo.
Sin embargo, teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos, consideramos que la relación calidad-precio fue razonable y el hotel cumplió con lo esperado.
El desayuno es bastante básico: huevos, pan y jugo, además de una bebida caliente que puede ser café o aromática. Sería bueno contar con un poco más de variedad en el desayuno. Por lo demás, todo estuvo bien.
