It was quiet and removed from the busier area of the beach yet still easy to access restaurants. Marios, the owner, was helpful and kind with many great suggestions for exploring the island. We loved breakfast on the terrace each morning and relaxing on our balcony in the evening.

Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Marios, der Besitzer, ist sehr hilfsbereit, organisiert alles und steht den Gästen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Frühstück wird jedem Gast direkt am Tisch serviert, wobei auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen wird. Getränke stehen im Zimmer zur Verfügung.

The host, Marios, was exceptional and always had a smile on his face. He attended to all details, large and small, to make our trip very pleasant. He arranged a taxi to meet us at the ferry to get us to the property. Upon arrival, he showed all the places to visit near the property (beaches, restaurants, bus stop, etc.) and things to see in the town of Naxos, all done while providing a refreshing glass of wine! Every morning he served a full, tasty breakfast including juice, coffee/tea, bread/butter/jam, sliced fruit, savory pastry, ham/cheese toast, and eggs any way you like. He provided beach towels when needed, and the rooms were cleaned daily. For our departure, he reserved a taxi for the airport for our late departure. Because of that, he held our bags while we enjoyed our last day on the beach. At checkout, he wished us a safe journey by providing us all with "shots" of fortified wine, and then gifted us a bottle of Greek wine. Literally, Marios went above and beyond what is generally expected of a host.
Nothing. Other reviews complain that it's too far from town, and it is - but that is a plus, in my opinion. Others complained about the bus being too far - it's only a 10 min walk from the property, and the bus takes you right into town. Being the last stop on the route, you have no issues about getting on. The bus runs every 1/2 hour +/- 10 mins.

The breakfast was very good, the room was clean, and a helpful staff.
Our room was in the basement.
