Netheid, ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel, gratis parkeren
Het bed is veel te hard, bij het zwembad moet je een tijdsslot reserveren voor prive gebruik maar er zijn maar 3 tijdsloten op een dag en alles was voor 2 dagen al vol geboekt dus we konden er geen gebruik van maken.

Out of the 5 hotels I stayed in while in Korea, this one was the best.
I had a superior double room and there was even a bathtub (and it was clean!)
Towels were changed daily and water was provided daily as well.
Sheets were clean, room was clean, no mold in the bathroom.
I have no complaints.

We had a very spacious, deluxe room, nice big bathtub. Loved the dark, minimalist theme. Nice shower gel and body lotion. Easy location to restaurants and taxis. The rooftop was cool.
Sadly the bed and pillows are very hard. You cannot move the laptop from the desk so it’s impossible to connect to TV to watch films. The staff were not friendly. Both female employees were not wearing masks indoors. When I asked for something to cover the strong smell of cigarettes in my room they didn’t even apologise that the space smelled badly. One of the women became very angry with me when she saw me sitting on the rooftop eating my lunch telling me the area was private (the doors were open from the elevator and it’s advertised on Naver and Booking.com as having a rooftop for guests). When I asked about this she just walked away. Overall, I felt very unwelcome as a guest. As a frequent hotel user this was my worst customer experience so far in Korea.
