The young woman at the reception desk when we arrived, was very friendly and helpful (I think her name was Victoria or Veronica, I'm not sure). We felt very welcome and were most impressed.

Comfy bed with ideal matrass, AC, fridge, central location, nice staff, coffee and water machine in the lobby.
Our windows could not be opened, they were locked, so we had to have the AC on the whole night, it was a little bit nosy and cold. Bathroom is in the room, behind the curtain. Kinda thin walls, we could hear our neighbours upstairs.

location is good, not in the center but in a walking distance from public transportation to anywhere.
The room is spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast is diverse enough and per the expected.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast had a big selection of various food and drinks, location was perfect, close to metro, bus and tram. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
