The hotel is in a central location with easy access to metro and tram. The room is sufficiently large and staff was polite. The room had all needed amenities and ventilation. Parking spot is very safe and suitable for parking even a bit larger personal car and daily ticket was of acceptable price.
The room, especially toilet, could be more clean. The toilet was not properly cleaned before my arrival. The position of the shower is strange and unusual. Food selection at breakfast was limited.

Great location, very clean room in a decent size.
Good shower also.
There is just a long list of things we didn't like there:
Airport pickup - we saw an option for a free pickup. When we asked the hotel for pickup, they didn't bother telling us that Booking.com is the one offering it, or at least make sure we wanted theirs. Instead, they ordered us their own pickup that not only wasn't free, but also had a flat rate that was higher than average price.
Setting this aside, it was just uncomfortable in the room - there is no door between the sleeping area and the shower, only a curtain. There are no chairs in the room, only puff cushion. The blankets are awkwardly small. The shelves for the cloths are located very close to the entrance in a way that obstructs it, and the list just goes on.
Really feels like someone didn't think it through or didn't care enough.
Not the worst experience, but definitely not a pleasant one.
