Nestled in Vernazza, this charming condo for $275 per night is a great choice for your next break. Living this apartment let you experience the Italian lifestyle and feel part of the villlage vibrant life.. Apartment is at the 2nd floor (EU), i.e. 23 steps only from sea level, which is nothing for 5 Terre standars. (See pictures). Historic familiy apartment, fresco ceiling sitting room with windows facing the ocean and overstanding the marina like a theatre. Few walks from beach. 2 aircondo BDR in the backside and 2 shower rooms with toilets, lots of windows, wifi unlimited, linen provided, beach towels Kitchen. Easy to train station, restaurants, café....If you arrive by car, free private parking inside the limited traffic area at 300 meters from apartment. All expenses included: cleaning, commisisons, private parking. Linen, towels and beach towels. Baby cot on demand. Not only a place where to sleep! Because of the central position in the village, directly facing the square on the marina, the apartment has a larger plan respect the usual Middle Age defending tower-house, with quality and stylish original decorations from '800 (while the building goes back to 1400): all above make it possible that this apartment was used in the past by an important family in respect of Vernazza community. For quiter accomodations, some hundreds steps apartments are available in the upper side of the village, which has one road only taking from station to the square on the marina, no cars admitted, no luggage services. The large sitting room view overlooking the life of the piazza, the heart of the village and the ocean. Master bedroom and double beds room are both in the back side of the apartment, with airconditioned, and when it was restored, a second batroom was added. Baby cot on request. The original kitchen fully furnished and equipped, is ideal for one or two couples or a family with two (or three) children. Heating.

Outstanding place to stay in Vernazza. Helpful staff. I had trouble getting in (my fault - follow the instructions to the letter) and they helped me quickly. Not quiet some mornings with them working in nearby restaurants, but worth it for what may be the best location in the Cinque Terre. Great town. Great location in the town. Overall highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

We spent three nights here in Vernazza. Staying in Vernazza was the best way to experience the town and Cinque Terre. Many tourists come and go during the day but in the early morning and later at night the town settles down to those who live locally or are staying locally. The location is perfect for touring the town, hiking or swimming. Our pair of couples hiked to Corniglia one day and to Monterosso the next. Vernazza was the perfect spot to do both of these hikes.
Please know that the location is right next to the major restaurants with night-life happening. You will hear people through late night and you will hear garbage and recycling collectors in the morning. The air condition drowns out most of the noise but given the proximity to the liveliest part of town there will be noise.
Lastly the apartment was clean and well kept. It felt authentic and was beautiful. We had 4 adults with us and the beds were comfy and met our needs. We were able to clean clothes and set them out to dry on the dry-lines as well.
Lastly, I would encourage people to take the train or boat to Vernazza. We drove a car and while it was thrilling to us, many drivers would find the road coming into town too much to manage with tight, blind turns and small roadways with little to no safety barriers. It is not for the faint of heart! Yes this rental has a parking spot. I wouldn't recommend taking a car if the train from La Spezia would suffice.

The apartment was very comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us. Having the second bathroom was a bonus. The location is perfect for many reasons. We recommend this property and would cone back on a future trip.

We had friends who stayed here a year ago and when I reached out about things to do in the area, their first words were "if you can stay in this apartment it couldn't get any better". We rearranged our trip to take advantage of the open dates and were so glad we did! It was the best location- Amazing views, walking distance everywhere, spacious, clean and serene. We loved it and would stay here again!

The apartment is located right in the middle of everything. We loved hearing the noise of the diners below and the sound of waves from the our bedrooms (the air conditioning was also a nice amenity for a July visit when it was time to sleep). You can tell that the placed is cared for and loved. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Cristina’s apartment in Vernazza, the prime location overlooking the sea and main square is amazing and we spent many hours people watching and enjoying the view.
The stairs to the apartment are minimal however pack lightly as the walk for us through the town and summer crowds was claustrophobic. It was a wise choice to stay in Vernazza overnight as the crowds were overwhelming during our stay and it was only early morning and late evenings when the day trippers had gone that Vernazza shone.
The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms only however you can’t adjust below 23 degrees and both units leaked for us. The sea breeze is lovely and was enough for us during our stay however it should be noted there are no insect screens due to the window style so we could not leave them open overnight. In my opinion the mattresses, pillows & linen could do with being replaced. We didn’t use the kitchen however appreciated the washing machine and cleanliness of the property. The piazza is lively and noise was an issue for us both late in the evenings and early mornings so if you are a light sleeper best to bring ear plugs. We ate dinner at Pippo a Vernazza one night and it was amazing, definitely worth a visit. Thank you Cristina for sharing your tiny piece of Vernazza with us!

Vernazza was by far the best of the Cinque Terre and this property offered a beautiful view of the main square, beach and sea. All check-in/out processes were seamless, and given this was our 3rd week away the washing machine and hang dry were key to getting us to the last leg of our trip. On Fridays and Saturdays don't expect a quiet, early evening as there were parties that went past midnight - we enjoyed watching the dancing and music from the windows, but know that might not be for everyone. A/C, hot water, wi-fi all in good working order and beds and baths were more than comfortable for our adult party of three.

The apartment is old but nice. It is located right in the main piazza in Vernazza. It is spacious with two full bathrooms and a kitchen with a griddle, refrigerator and even a clothes washing machine. There is a living room dining room combo giving you plenty of room. The down side is that it is in the square where each morning at 6:30 am they dump glass bottles and other trash. It is loud. If you are an early riser this won’t be a problem, if you like to sleep in, invest in some good earplugs.
The owner is very nice and responsive and other than the noise problem in the morning it is a nice place to stay.

My friend and I stayed at Cristina's charming apartment for three nights. First about the apartment. It is exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely comfortable for the two of us, a meticulously clean, unique apartment.
The view from the apartment is spectacular and the close proximity to the train station makes it an ideal base for visiting all the other charming towns in Cinque Terre.
Despite the central location of the apartment and the cafes and restaurants nearby we did not have any issues with noise in the evenings and we both slept very well.
Cristina is a wonderful host. All emails and messages were answered promptly and the whole process from reservation to check in and check out was very efficient and easy. A detailed book of instructions in the apartment provides all you need to know about the appliances and garbage disposal. etc.
In the same book you can read about the history of Cinque Terre and of the building you are staying in. Cristina's knowledge and affection for the area is clear.

After a two year delay due to COVID, we finally had an opportunity to travel with friends to Cinque Terre. It definitely did not disappoint! The location of our apartment in Vernazza couldn't have been better. We were lulled to sleep by the waves each night and entertained by travellers visiting the piazza in front of the apartment during the rest of the day.

we made a quick trip to cinque terre last november and knew we had to come back to do more exploring. christina’s apartment was absolutely perfect. nicely appointed. comfortable bed and great shower. the view and location are out of this world. and the laundry was key. it is a harrowing, one way, golf cart size path into town. the parking is nice, but if you get queezy on narrow windy roads it might be better to leave the car in la spezia and take the train in. also vernazza is a pretty raucaous town at night. especially on the weekends. lots of carrying on into the wee hours with people celebrating and fireworks. for us it was all part of the experience. so, so fun! this twin knows how to party and christina is the perfect host. go now ☺️

We enjoyed our stay in our unit. Because of the great location and view, it did require give up some of the quietness because the restaurnts and bars were located below us and it was quite noisy until around midnight each night. The view was incredible!

This apartment is in the perfect location, right on the main plaza with nice views of the plaza and sea from the windows. Fun to watch nighttime activities in the plaza and not too loud with windows closed. It was a great size for our family of two adults and two kids. Amazing Location and Amazing Property Manager
The location was perfect: I could hear the waves from the ocean in the morning because I kept my windows open. The apartment is historic and beautiful.
My wife, two kids and I stayed here, and it was a great size for us. The washing machine was a great added bonus.
The property manager was great and made it so easy to figure out. Plus, if anything went wrong, I know that the bar/hotel downstairs would have a spare set of keys for me and anything else that I needed.

Location, Location, Location! If you don't know Vernazza (we did not! Just got lucky). You could not ask for a better location. The entrance literally opens to the main strip and the beach. The views from the living room are breath taking. We did not understand that a lot of rentals need to be accessed by multiple (5+) flights of outside stairs and then stairs up to your flat. The 1.5 flights to this place is so easy! A/C works great. It was very quiet inside even with proximity to bars etc. Really quaint decor. If you like sterile white/grey this is not for you, but it felt perfect for the peaceful beachside location. My 2 adult children were comfortable on the twin beds. The only possible negative is the kitchen is quite small with only a cook top. No oven or microwave. That being said we still made breakfasts and one dinner without problems. This is an amazing find for Vernazza for a small family. If you are coming to Vernazza, try to take the train. We brought a car. The roads are challenging and narrow. Plus the parking space can be a little cumbersome to coordinate with the hosts and tough to navigate with the garage, gate, etc. All that said, our parking space worked great in the end. Do not hesitate to book this great find!

The property is beautiful, comfortable in a perfect location. The added security of the next door tabac store was reassuring ( we actually used it when we could not lock the keys in the box just before leaving). We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect from booking to location to host. I recommend other guests take the ferry ride to Porto Venere with stops at Cinque Terre villages as available. Also, the bus ride around the inland villages from the top of the street near the post office provides spectacular views for only €1.50. Tickets at railroad station. Vernazza is a great selection as a place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre!!
