About this apartment rental
Living this apartment let you experience the Italian lifestyle and feel part of the villlage vibrant live. Historic familiy apartment, fresco ceiling sitting room with windows facing the ocean and overstanding the marina like a theatre. At stone trow from beach. 2 bedrooms in the backside both with aircondo and 2 shower rooms with toilets, lots of windows, wifi unlimited, linen. Kitchen. Easy to train station, restaurants, café....Private Parking.
Once a year maintenance of original tiles and furniture.
Apartment is at second floor (23 steps only! which is nothing for 5 Terre standars).
Not only a place where to sleep!
Because of the central position in the village, directly facing the harbor, the corner position with windows on three sides, the apartment larger size respect the usual one, as well as the quality and style of decoration details original from '800 (while the building goes back to XIV century), make it possible that this apartment was used in the past by an important family in respect of Vernazza community.
The large sitting room view overlooking the life of the piazza, the heart of the village and the ocean. Master bedroom and double beds room are both in the back side of the apartment, with airconditioned, and when it was restored in 2009, a second batroom was added. Baby cot on request.
The original kitchen fully furnished and equipped, is ideal for one or two couples or a family with two (or three) children. Heating.
If you arrive by car, no problem, the apartment has a private parking inside the limited traffic area at the start of the Pedestrian Area (Parking extra fee: 35 euro per day - departure day not counted).

This apartment was in a great location. Great view and so close to everything. What wasn’t good was the very uncomfortable beds. They are pretty awful. And we were unable to use the AC in the twin bed room because it sounded like a freight train driving through the room all night long. Not only did it keep us up all night but our friends as well even though they were on the other side of the apartment. So, we didn’t use it for the second two nights and it was HOT. Be aware, it is very noisy in the mornings with glass bottles being disposed of in the alley at 6:30 every morning and the church bells ring around 60 times (I lost count) every morning at 7:00. The only other issue we had was the washing machine was not working when we arrived. When I contacted the host, she responded angrily that it was “Absolutely not” broken and questioned if I had bothered to read the instructions. She sent the cleaning person over who confirmed that yea indeed the machine was not working. She did have a repair man come out and fix it on our last day there. She then messaged me that usually when it doesn’t work it’s because guests haven’t properly closed the door and that’s why she asked if I read the directions. Not a true apology for her reaction but maybe she thought it was.

Such an iconic location that this stay will be recalled for years to come. Listening to the church bells and watching the square was the best! Location for all your visiting needs are only a short walk away. Keep in mind no elevators so bring your upper body strength for carrying suitcases up several stairs:).

The apartment is very nice. There is a great view out the 2 front windows and another great view out the side window. The rooms are spacious. It is a wonderful place to stay and Christina's dining recommendations in Vernazza and in the other towns were excellent.

The views from the three front dingoes were the best feature of this place. We had no need of the laundry, so that was not a factor. The bathroom was very dimly lit and extremely tight. No table or any surface in our bedroom on which to place items. Kitchen had no microwave. OK for a place like Vernazza where you aim to spend most of your time outside.
