Excellent location, a new building, a modern apartment, and excellent parking facilities in the garage. The owner was very kind and welcoming. The apartment also offers a fantastic view of Budva’s Old Town.
Dirty bedding: The bed sheets, duvets, and pillows were dirty and had visible stains.
Dirty kitchen: The kitchen was not clean, and the dishes had not been washed. There was only one dishwasher tablet available, and no sponge for washing dishes by hand.
Shower and water pressure: The bathroom itself was clean, but the water pressure was extremely weak, making it almost impossible to take a proper shower. The water temperature kept changing suddenly from very hot to very cold, apparently due to the low water pressure. Additionally, please consider replacing the showerhead. The current one is made of very heavy metal and is extremely uncomfortable to use. If it accidentally falls on your foot, it could cause a serious injury or even a fracture.
Living room sofa: The two-seater sofa in the living room was too small and uncomfortable.

Location couldn't be better. Lovely sea view and 5 minutes walk to the city walls. Facilities were good and it was great to have a washing machine. Parking is ideal as it is so hard to find parking in Budva at a reasonable price.

Lovely, new apartment with a great bathroom, a good kitchen, and a balcony with views over old town Budva. You can add on parking in the building, which was very convenient. Good communication with the host.
I was not aware of the request to pay a portion of the cost in cash, meaning I had to take a cash advance off my credit card. Had I known the policy before leaving the U.S., I would’ve brought my debit card on the trip.
