Our room was light and airy, super clean as was the bathroom and both had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the towels just right and I loved the makeup removal flannel. The breakfasts were delicious. Great attention to detail with a friendly welcome. The location is perfect and we will return when next in Cornwall. Thank you Tracey.

Not a dislike but just be aware that parking is in one of the two public carparks, which are just a two minute walk away. Fee about £10 for 24hrs. You can however drop off and load up, right outside the Pilchard Works.

Absolutely everything, location is perfect for the harbour, shops, restaurants, very quiet, exceptionally clean and Tracey the host was so attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Second time staying here, wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Having breakfast in the garden was gorgeous too.

The room was nice, but when other guests (several small units here) used the garden they looked right in to our room.
