Relaxing and Easy Going Escape from Life.

Employees were very friendly, especially the security team monitoring the gated entrance. Our rental was literally steps from the private beach, with plenty of covered lounge chairs. Also, security monitoring the property's beach area was very diligent about maintaining the property for the renters, as several people tried to access the location when they weren't paying guests. Liked the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. We also witnessed fireworks from a nearby resort on a few nights. That was a nice surprise. Good restaurants and mini markets within walking distance of rental property. The owner of the condo was very nice and helpful. I think the location with such wonderful access to the beach was the highlight.

The unit's owner isn't on the property, so it took him some time to meet us with the keys. He did send several emails/texts requesting our arrival time, but I really didn't have the capabilities on my phone to respond. This is more of my problem than it was of his lack of effort.The unit had everything we needed, but I would recommend updating this unit if only to make it feel fresher and cleaner. Improvements and updates are never bad investments,

Great winter break

Comfortable accommodation, safe and with direct access to the stunning private beach. The apartment is furnished with all you need. The hosts are very friendly and responsive.

Cancun is a very lively resort and perhaps I didn't realise that was night and day.

Incredible comfortable and quiet

Emanuele was fantastic to deal with and made our stay perfect and so enjoyable. Great local advice and answered questions for us. The apartment was beautiful and it was right on the beach which so quiet and not crowded at all

Get the TVs working and maybe with a chromecast so people can stream whatever they want?

Great stay, good kitchen and excellent views to the sea

Big room with well-equipped kitcken. Also laundry machines were handy! Netflix was available!

There were some small ants in the kitchen. But very managable.

• Beautiful see views • Access to the swimming pool • The apartment is in excellent conditions, exactly like in the pictures • Emilio is an excellent host - he welcomed us and give great recommendations about the local restaurants

• We had to pay 30% of the price in advance trough PayPal (outside of Booking service). Initially it seemed a bit shady, but in the end it turned out to be a valid payment method. • If you search for local food, there are only few places available in the walking distance, so if you value the variety of choises, you’d need to use UberEats or take a taxi.

For the first time I came back from vacation relaxed and refreshed!

We made our own breakfast after a trip to the market! The property had everything we needed to cook with to make our stay more comfortable!

Instructions on how to use the bus and shuttle system. But we figured it out eventually so really not a big deal

Little piece of heaven

The apartment is really wonderful and the location. I mean the beach was absolutely perfect to be there with my little toddler. The ocean was like a pool of shallow water. He could run in and out. And there are lovely palm trees to sit under just two meters from the water. It was really great. The apartment was very comfortable and Emanuel was super helpful and attentive. I really recommend it. 👌🏽

Just a little noisy sometimes at night but no big deal. I really can just say it was worth it.
