Die Lage war sehr gut und der Balkon war wunderbar. Alles war sehr sauber.
Auf meine Nachfrage, ob die Wohnung über einen eigenen Parkplatz verfüge, erhielt ich die Antwort: „Ja, neben dem Haus steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.“ Dadurch entstand der Eindruck, dass ein Parkplatz zur Unterkunft gehört und dort genutzt werden kann.
Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass es sich um einen öffentlichen Parkplatz neben dem Haus handelt, für den man lediglich nicht bezahlen muss. Dieser war allerdings bis auf eine Ausnahme immer voll, sodass wir meist Parkplatz suchen mussten und bis zu 15 Minuten entfernt parken mussten. Für Personen, die gut zu Fuß sind, ist das sicher kein großes Problem, für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität kann dies jedoch eine wichtige Information sein. Aus meiner Sicht wäre die Angabe „kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung“ treffender gewesen.
Auch die Wohnung selbst hatte einen besonderen, älteren Charakter, der aber nicht in allen Bereichen als positiver Charme empfunden wurde. Es befanden sich sehr viele Gegenstände und Dekorationen in der Wohnung, auch an den Wänden, und einiges an Mobiliar und Ausstattung wirkte deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, wie z.B. die beiden Sofas.. Dadurch entstand weniger der Eindruck eines bewusst gepflegten historischen Stils, sondern eher der eines vollgestellten, älteren Wohnraums. Einige Details, wie beispielsweise die stark quietschenden Betten, haben den Komfort beeinträchtigt. Auch aus der Dusche kam nur sehr wenig Wasser.
Ich möchte diese Punkte weitergeben, da eine genauere Beschreibung der Parkplatzsituation und des Zustands der Wohnung aus meiner Sicht hilfreich wäre.
