- Good location, walking distance to both the train station and the Nikko natural Park
- Lockers are available to drop off the luggage before the check in (none in the hotel before 3pm)
- Spacious showers
- Nice reception staff
- A bit old in terms of equipment and decoration
- Room quite small for 2 people (almost no space to open the luggage)

Even room is very small but still very comfortable and with TV and writing desk .
Much better than stay in a share room. Public hot bath is a big plus after you have a long day. Very close to public transport
Just be aware that Room is very small that you cannot open your suitcase at all. So need to do this outside the room

I was not expecting the capsule bed to be an actually room (narrow) but still, only mine, so a lot of privacy. that exceeded my expectations.
Staff was helpfull
Had a mini sento
Had washing machines, drying and also lockers outside in case you want to go for a walk before your checkin w/o your bag
Sento could be cleaner (had mold that was clearly removable)
my wardrobe light didnt work, so it was hard to see inside.

After requirement and payment they changed our room from capsules (badly smelling, no toilet on the same floor) to Japanese style room (sleeping on the floor) with surprisingly soft matraces.
Capsules smelled terribly with no possibility to open window or change air otherwise.
There was a cockroach in our later room.
