We love coming here. Lovely aspect overlooking the lake. Comfortable cottage with all the kitchen essentials. 😊
The stairs could be a problem for some as quite steep but otherwise all good.

The location was excellent ,all amenities and the beach really close by.The property itself was so lovely and homely, especially the large log burner in the living room and the HUGE bed upstairs. So comfortable ,i need one too !!
Cannot fault our 3 day stay ,even the car parking off site was not inconvenient as i thought it may be.
Carl,the owner was very clear with our arrival instructions and the property was immaculate on arrival.
Can,t wait to stay again,perfect !!!!.

The location is brilliant and the back gate opens directly onto Queens Lake.
A very cosy cottage with comfortable beds and sofas and all the essentials you need.
The hard floors were very sticky in the kitchen, bathroom and downstairs bedroom. The garden could do with a little tidy up too and the towels supplied were a little worn but overall a lovely stay.

The cottage really met our expectations it was lovely inside and out. Perfect location to all Anne Otis and easy parking. We took our 3year old Grandaughter and she loved it. Was beautiful settings with the lake behind it with goose and ducks. Can’t wait to return. The sea, queens pool, park, restaurants and bars were all close by. And the fair, arcades and town. I’m not one to write reviews but could not rate it enough.
We just had to park up road but not sure would have got a space if was busy.
