We spent four days in this apartment and had a really pleasant stay. The apartment is clean, very spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable longer stay.
Since we have been traveling around the country for quite some time, having a washing machine was especially convenient. There is also a dishwasher, everything you need for cooking, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a beautiful balcony. The balcony is quite narrow, so it is not really suitable for sitting, but the view is absolutely amazing. There is air conditioning in all the rooms.
The owner is a very pleasant and helpful person. She was always available when we needed something and helped us with everything she could. Communication with her was easy and comfortable throughout our stay.
The location is also excellent. It is about 10 minutes by car from the zoo and the adventure park, close to Joyland for children, and there is a shopping center, many cafés, several small shops, and two supermarkets nearby. There is even a Lidl right downstairs, which was extremely convenient. You can also easily walk to a children's playground, and getting to the main roads and leaving the area by car is very convenient.
A couple of things to keep in mind: you need to meet the owner in person to get into the apartment. For us, this was not really a problem, although some guests may prefer self check-in. Also, if you plan to do laundry, bring or buy detergent in advance, as there was no washing powder or capsules provided. The same applies to shampoo and soap.
There was a small issue with the air conditioner in the living room, as it was dripping. However, the weather was pleasant during our stay, so this did not cause us any real inconvenience. The apartment was cool and comfortable, and when the weather is colder, it stays warm inside.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and enjoyed the apartment and its location a lot. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Locație perfectă!
Mereu mă întorc aici, pentru ca este și în centru, este cu o vedere de vis spre munții Brașovului, este curat impecabil și are toate facilitățile. Recomand cu căldură!
Plus ca are loc privat de parcare.
Totul mi-a plăcut.

דירה יפיפייה, בקומה ה-16 והאחרונה. נוף מהמם של ברשוב. מאובזרת באופן מלא וברמה גבוהה. חנייה חופשית בחניון של סופרמרקט לידל הצמוד. בעלת הדירה מקסימה. השארנו את המזוודות בדירה לפני שעת הצ׳ק אין.
צ׳ק אין רק בשעה 16:00.

El apartamento es muy amplio para 4 personas. Tiene una terraza y unas vistas estupendas.. Es bonito, está muy nuevo y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia , tanto en el baño como en la cocina.
Tiene aparcamiento privado , en superficie y un Supermercado justo en la puerta. Aunque está en una zona apartada del centro, tienes Ubers que te llevan al centro en 5 minutos por 4 € .
