We absolutely loved the View , The beds were so soft and fabulous! We lived the look of the entire apartments tbh !!! There was nothing negative what so ever !!! The reception staff are amazing and very accomodating!! We have been staying with Spencer street apartments for 2 years now and wether we are placed around the corner or in this one ( 392 SPENCER st) is 100% OUR FAVOURITE of the 2 buildings and this was our first time in this actual building !! Loved LOVED LOVED IT!! The kids love it the husband loves it and I definitely love it!!! Thank you again for an amazing stay and we are headed back in OCTOBER again!! Can’t wait!!!

It has good parking below apartments and easy. Close in city, has washing machine and dryer

The room are small, not enough utility The bed are uncomfortable and pillow Apartment outside the room smells bad from the bin in each level near elevator
