sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, Citiy nah und direkt am Hafen

sehr großzügig geschnittene Räume, tolle Terrasse mit Zitronenbaum. Ideal für Geuopen oder Familien. Netter Senior der versucht sein Bestes zu geben.

es war zu kalt in den Räumen, die Klimaanlage konnte zwar heizen aber das reicht nicht wenn die Wände kalt sind, Frühstück wird angeboten, aber das ist lieblos und eher als snack zu bezeichnen

We had a lovely one night stay before a cruise departure.

The location was great, just a short walk down the street to restaurants and stores. The breakfast provided was yogurt and packaged pastries, and there was also a cappuccino maker for delicious coffees. The outdoor seating was nice, covered, and surrounded by lemon trees. The rooms were spotless and a great size. The hosts were absolutely amazing, so accommodating and helpful.

One of the beds was absolutely uncomfortable. It felt like I was laying on springs. The other beds were comfortable, according to our other family members. In booking, I missed that there was no living room space. The only common areas are the kitchen table, and an outdoor seating area. This was just an oversight on my part.

great and would recommend. the man that met us there was very friendly

we stayed here pre cruise and it was perfect for what we wanted. A short walk into town where we had an amazing pizza. the apartment had air conditioning so we slept very well. we walked 10-15 minutes to the cruise ship the next day.

Good cheap accommodation for spending a night if one is boarding a ship from Civitavecchia

The location was very close to the port and hence convenient to take the port shuttle bus for the cruise.

There is no lift and hence bit inconvenient if you have too much luggage.

Not what we expected after reading the reviews

Very disappointed after reading the ratings on Booking.com we expected something totally different. Had we known the condition of the premises we would have looked elsewhere

Small, clean and conveniently located to catch the cruise shuttle.

The property was close to the cruise port shuttle bus. We were able to walk there with little inconvenience (as little as lugging bags for a cruise can be). Mary's House is an older building, but is clean and looks like some care has been given to newly painted walls and tiles. There is also an outdoor patio that was enjoyable and the price was right. The host met us at the property and was friendly and helpful, though he didn't speak English. Thank goodness for translation apps!

It is rather small, with only the bedrooms and a kitchen (and a patio, weather permitting) to stretch out in. We only needed it for one night before we boarded our cruise ship and it suited our needs.

Such a lovely, thoughtful host who went out of his way to make us as comfy as possible!

We arrived earlier than expected and he met us within 10 mins. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom that is super clean. The location was walking distance to our cruise ship, but due to all our luggage, he was so kind to help us get our luggage to the shuttle stop.

Very clean and quiet. Efficient air conditioner and modern bathrooms

Impossible to gain access to property. No one on site. After a phone call, a staffer came from another nearby location who spoke no English. Also the location had few dining options. Also transportation to airport difficult to arrange.
