Everything was truly exceptional and completely exceeded our expectations. The stunning natural setting breathtaking ocean views spacious and well appointed villa and the warm attentive hospitality from the entire staff made our family stay unforgettable.

A beautiful resort surrounded by nature, with spacious villas, a very clean and swimmable beach, and many activities for families and children. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We initially stayed in an Ocean View Villa, which was beautiful, spacious, and offered excellent privacy. We later upgraded to a Beachfront Villa, which was also beautiful and very spacious, but much more convenient — restaurants, the main pool, coffee shop, supermarket, and Kids Club were all within walking distance. The resort offers daily activities, and there is a good selection of complimentary and paid water activities. Breakfast was varied with several cuisines and changed from day to day.

The Ocean View Villa was quite far from the resort facilities, making us dependent on the buggies, which sometimes took a while to arrive. The Beachfront Villa was much more convenient but offered very little privacy compared with the Ocean View Villa. The upgrade also cost us an additional USD 250 per night. Breakfast was good and varied but fairly standard for a resort of this level. As the resort is surrounded by forest, we were informed that monkeys may be present in the area. Guests are advised to keep doors and windows closed and not leave food outside, and we were asked to acknowledge these precautions at check-in. However, we did not see any monkeys or experience any related issues during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the accommodation is expensive and the value for money could be better.

We are currently visiting Vietnam for the first time and are absolutely in awe of the property. It is truly exceptional—spacious, private, and beautifully designed. We originally booked an ocean view villa for our family of six and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beach villa. The beach is pristine, and having a private pool was a wonderful bonus. We also appreciated the various complimentary activities, such as snorkeling and fishing, as well as the programs designed for children. In fact, our children loved the experience so much that we extended our stay by an additional night. The staff has been extremely welcoming and hospitable, with Andrew and Vy providing particularly excellent service. It was also a relief to find that the restaurant offers halal options, and we have enjoyed the breakfast and the convenience of using the hotel app to communicate with the team. The fire show was superb.Additionally, thank you for the complimentary tickets to the Kiss of the Sea show; it was a thrilling highlight of our trip. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

No convenience store and one more restaurant would have elevated the experience

The beach is good, but if you want to visit the beach it is avalible to pay about 40$ per person to get to hotel territory.

The villa was dirty, with an awful smell in one bedroom. We just closed the door and avoided going there, even though the odor seeping from under the door could still be felt. The villa was old and inconvenient to stay in, with three levels connected by a quite dangerous staircase. The villa pool was not suitable to use in the evening; the water was freezing cold, and you just didn't want to use it. The restaurants were relatively good, but I cannot say they provided any exceptional experience—just regular. At breakfast, there were a lot of choices, but the resort is huge and all guests gathered in one building that was not very spacious, so you didn't feel like you were in a 5-star hotel but rather in a regular, really noisy canteen. In the morning such expirience harm you. The territory was huge and well managed, but it was not very convenient to walk because every 15 seconds a buggy or electric bike of the staff passed by you. And their greetings, by the end of the first day, became really annoying—like trying to say hello to everyone moving in a crowded street.
