Excellent location in the city center, with landmarks at walking distance. Staff are nice and the room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Good value for money.
Hotel could be cleaner and some of the facilities (especially the bathroom) are a bit dated. Some maintenance and repairs are needed.

Well located in the old part of Constantine with amazing views. Secured as protected by a gate. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. The beds were comfortable.

The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast at Novotel was excellent.
The shower door did not close flooding the bathroom. Several requests for iron fell on deaf ears. To be fair, they changed our room for the next day after complaining about the shower door.

The hotel has a central location and a good view through the window. Good Wi-Fi, there's also a gym, available at the neighbouring Novotel Hotel.
Payment was already requested at check-in higher than that specified in the reservation. No bill was issued for it. Breakfast is served at the neighbouring Novotel, yet it was surprisingly modest for the 4-star hotel. Only fried potatoes and fried tomatoes were available from the warm dishes.
