Convenient. Lovely rooms. Great views. Lovely amenities.
The single bed is too soft. The hallway carpets need a good clean. And the rubbish piled up at the lift was terrible. No facewashers.

The location was a perfect distance from the Austin hospital and bus stop was basically in front of the hotel .
The staff members we had the pleasure to meet were friendly and helpful
Nit picking here: The lounge coach was too low
Instructions on using the coffee machine would have been helpful

It was a handy location for us. The living room was ok but the bedroom was a disaster.
There were blinds missing from the bedroom windows. There was a lot of traffic noise. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a massive pylon in the bedroom that made it difficult to move around.
