La localisation

Le ménage n.a pas été fait durant 3 jours sur bowling on indique que c est annulable sans frais mais il faut envoyer la moitié du paiement par un système bancaire autre que carte bancaire ce qui n.est pas pratique pour un étranger et ce si le montant n.est pas reçu par l.établissement celui ci se réserve le droit de prendre entre 50 et 100% de la réservation Super pour un établissement et une réservation annulable sans frais

En general todo estuvo bien, lo recomiendo.

Excelente ubicación, atención y limpieza.

Mucho ruido debido a las instalaciones. Se escuchan las tuberías de las habitaciones de enseguida.

The hotel is confortable, I had a good night. The bedroom and bathroom were clean

The day before my arrival they send an e-mail asking for a deposit in the bank, I replied I was not able to do it, but I got not answer. When I arrived to the hotel they told me they had mantained the booking because it was not a weekend (lucky me!). I paid in cash at check-in time and 5 minutes after being in the bedroom the guy arrived telling that I gave him a counterfeit bill. I've changed the bill to avoid problems but it was weird. There is a possibility that the bill was counterfeit but also that he took advantage of me. So, not a good feeling

good spot very near the central square and excellent value for money.

only take cash and no card. no fans in the room so it gets a bit stuffy

Nothing special but nothing bad by any means either.

Great location (2 blocks from the bus station, 2 blocks from the plaza mayor), clean but simple rooms with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.

Staff couldn't speak English so not ideal for those with limited knowledge thereof. My room was comfortable and clean, but it's clear the hotel was built in a converted manor as my room required me to nearly crawl up the stairs in order to not hit my head against the ceiling, and there was no window in my actual room.

Great location, right in between terminal and Plaza Mayor. Friendly, helpful staff, who did laundry

Windows face the corridor and cannot be opened for ventilation when blind is down.

Great location

Great location, close to the bus depot and main square. Staff were clearly adhering to covid cleaning protocols.

We were able to pay cash upon arrival, even though communication from the hotel through Booking.com indicated we must send an etransfer to hold the reservation. As a foreigner without access to Colombian accounts, it was a little stressful to receive this message and not know if our reservation would be honoured upon arrival.

Superb

The hostel was perfectly clean, the bed was super comfortable and cozy, great location! They made eco friendly efforts (hint at water saving possibilities, garbage separation in the lobby).

The staff seemed to be quite indifferent.

A wonderful experience for a very low price

Almost everything was perfect, the staff was very kind and helpful, the location very close to the main square, it was super clean everywhere, working Wi-Fi, and the prices are one of the lowest of the area, I'll definitely come back!

It can get a little noisy at night so I would recommend wearing earplugs. Some rooms allow the entrance of light in the mornings, if you're too sensitive, get a sleep mask.
