Apostolis was amazingly kind. We were welcomed with cold water and breakfast delights such as jem and bread and butter. We were also gifted with fresh eggs from the chickens next door. Then, when we asked for more, the next day, Apostolis was kind enough to give us more. The location is beautifully isolated and yet close to Gouvia, a smaller Corfian resort nearby. It is there that Apostolis recommended we go to Dasia Beach, a great, comfy beach - with beautiful view, nice sand and calm and warm water. Not to mention the beach beds and the service there - proper. Since the house we stayed at is on a hill, right next to the beautiful trees, you definitely need a car. You need not to worry for supermarkets, if you have a car you have one about 2-3 minutes drive away. Regarding the rooms, you have the living room, the dining room and the kitchen and a bathroom downstairs, and then you have 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, and the third has its own. One bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the third one with a single bed. The one with the single bed was the one I slept in - it's adorned with some of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever met. All have ACs and mosquito nets. All in all it's a dream house that will gift you both silence and all the amenities you may need - from beautiful beaches and tavernas nearby to supermarkets and boat and car rental places. I'd say this place is the perfect accomodation for a family of two or three children. Sure, a group of friends may also find this place the proper choice for a lovely holiday in the amazing Corfu. הכל. האירוח של אפוסטולוס ומשפחתו היה פשוט מדהים. עזר לנו בכל דבר ונתן לונו טיפים מעולים על טיולים, חופים ומסעדות. הוילה מעוצבת בטוב טעם בתוך הבית ובחצר. ניכר שחשבו על כל פרט. היה לנו בוילה כל מה שצריך ויותר. אפילו חנייה פרטית עם שער חשמלי. כבר מחכים לחזור שוב.

כחמש דקות נסיעה מהכביש הראשי. היינו עם רכב אז לנו זו לא באמת הייתה בעיייה. יש בזה גם יתרון כי המקום שקט.

The usual Greek hospitality but taken up several notches. We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Since we were arriving late, around 11pm, the host had offered to order and get us food, knowing we’d struggle to find anywhere open - that kind of thoughtfulness set the tone for the whole trip. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the sea. The garden was a lovely surprise too, home to friendly cats and even a few turtles. The hospitality didn’t stop there - his mom made us fresh fritters for breakfast one morning, and they surprised us with BBQ charcoal without us even asking. Little touches like these and many more made us feel truly looked after. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful spot with genuinely warm, generous hosts.
