La struttura è in una posizione centrale e vicina a tutto. il parcheggio adiacente è gratuito. Camere ordinate e pulite. La spa ha tutto gio che serve e il servizio massaggi ottimo. Lo staff sempre disponibile e cordiale in ogni situazione, dalla reception alla sala sono stati impeccabili. Un grazie speciale a tutti i collaboratori che ci lavorano. Consigliamo al 100% il soggiorno per chi volesse rilassarsi a Livigno.

Ho passato un week-end davvero piacevole al Concordia.
Posizione centralissima, praticamente esci dall'hotel e sei direttamente sulla via principale dei negozi.
Staff sempre gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste, il caposala ci chiedeva sempre se andava tutto bene.
Avendo un cagnolino, mi sono ritrovato in camera per lui un kit di benvenuto con giochino, snacks e ciotolina.
La cosa ci ha stupito e ci fatto molto piacere.
Davvero ottima la cucina con prodotti di altissima qualità e piatti ben preparati, cantina dei vini a vista e ben fornita.
Ho mangiato i Pizzoccheri più buoni della mia vita, talmente buoni che ho replicato il giorno dopo, i miei complimenti allo chef.
Piacevole l'area wellness e relax a disposizione degli ospiti con piscina riscaldata, sauna, docce emozionali, ecc, ecc.
Possibilità di usufruire delle biciclette anche modello mtb.
Insomma, un posto dove ritornare.

Direi che tutto era di alto livello e non ho trovato nulla di spiacevole.
Forse migliorerei la reception.
Per dimensioni e posizione non all'altezza della struttura.

die Zimmer waren nicht so sauber, zudem ist das Kopfteil des Bettes verschmutzt durch das anlehnen von etlichen Menschen. Das ist speckig und eklig….

I have booked 2 superior double rooms. I gave the person in the reception the Booking.com confirmation saying the rooms I booked.
After some time he gave me the keys to the 2 rooms. as I enter the room I found that it is not a superior. I returned to the person in the reception and told him that the room I got is not superior he asked me to show him my confirmation from Booking. Than he said that he apologize for the mistake and changed the room.
This should not happen in 4 Star hotel.
Also I booked the rooms with dinner which was not good.
