Staff, room and sauna were all good
Didn't like at all the wall to wall deep pile shag carpeting in the halls and rooms. `Not only did it make wheeling suitcases difficult it just seemed really unhygienic and bad retro from the 1970's. Would suggest ripping it all out and having hard floors which would be cleaner and more stylish. Did not expect to have to either pay a 50 euro deposit prepay on check in and to have to actually pay for parking even though the hotel had a reduced rate this was an extra expense `I didn't;t expect.

fantastic shower, overhead and handheld. Big mirror in hallway. Large room. Amazing breakfast. Very comfortable. Quiet, couldn't hear the street. Central to shops and also not far to walk to the Kammgarn venue.
Parking underground for 16 euro a night. Very good air con.
Bed was too soft for my back, but I think this would suit all those that dont like hard mattresses.
There was a coffee machine with some pods, no normal tea bags, sugar or any type of milk. I had brought my own teabags, but for that price, at a least provide some tea making bits as there is an electric kettle there.

I always appreciate the friendly staff and clean modern atmosphere.
Please consider opening up breakfast at 0600. I was only able to enjoy the wonderful breakfast twice during my week long stay. 0630 is too late when I have to be at my first work meeting at 0700.

no fridge in room, asked about this and was told, we can used fridge behind reception counter.
not much use on floor 5 at 3am in the morning if you need a cold drink.
