Las vistas son una maravilla las puestas de sol son impresionantes y la ubicación está bastante bien.
El apartamento no tiene lavadora y el frigorífico necesitan cambiarlo,aunque funciona bien,por fuera está bastante feo.
La televisión muy pequeña,por lo demás tiene todo lo necesario

La ubicación. Está en primera línea del Mar Menor y a poquísimos metros del Mar Mediterráneo (se veía desde el balcón, a 2-3 minutos andando).
Orientación de los apartamentos. Gracias a esto tienes unas vistas privilegiadas al atardecer cuando cae el sol por la parte del Mar Menor.
Además, tienen buena ventilación cruzada sin necesidad de aire acondicionado (al menos para el tiempo que hace el último fin de semana de agosto).
En general bien.
Si hay que poner alguna pega es que instalaciones no son homogéneas en todos los apartamentos pero es algo mínimo y que no encontramos la plancha de la ropa 😅.
Cogimos dos apartamentos y uno tenía instalaciones más modernas (mampara en baño en lugar de cortina, secador potente vs secador de viaje...)... Pero vuelvo a destacar que es algo mínimo.

Nagyon jó a fekvése!! Kereszt irányuak a szobák, így az egyik teraszról a Földközi-tengerre volt a kilátás a másik teraszról pedig a Menor-temgerre. A legfelső szinten (7.) laktunk, szuper panoráma. Recepción nem is voltunk, minden rendben működött a leírtak szerint. 2x is jöttek és cserélték a törölközőt és adtak wc-papírt. Takarítást nem kértünk.
Mindig volt parkolóhely. Mindkét vízpart közelsége kiváló!
Az apartman jól felszerelt.
Az alsó szinten van pékáru. Van egy étterem is, ahol nagyon finomat ettünk a naplementében gyönyörködve! Kedves volt a kiszolgálás.
Közelben egy kisebb bolt, ahol mindent lehet venni. Bératóval voltunk, így mobilisak voltunk.
Nagyon meleg volt, 2 ventillátor kevés volt az 5 főnek 3 szobában.
Ha lenne klíma, akkor 10+ pontot adtam volna!!
